Dr. Myers is a great dentist. I really have a hard time going because of a bad experience. He put me right at ease. He's very gentle and thorough. I also had my teeth cleaned and the girl was awesome and so sweet. The whole staff was very warm and inviting! Very clean dental office!!

Dr. Myers is so great! He’s very personable and friendly! I had a great experience with my assistant Lindsey and hygienist Shantel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and educational. Was never sent a bill or ever notified of a balance on my wife's account until we got a collection notice in the mail. Never once did they ever mention a balance when scheduling/rescheduling appointments nor did they send a bill in the mail or a phone call or a text or anything at all. Very disappointed 😞

I am not one that particularly enjoys the dentist. I’m fact, I’m downright terrified of the dentist. However, Dr. Myers and his staff are extraordinary, and totally put me at ease. He did an amazing job with my crowns. And, I’m not totally dreading coming back. Thank you so much, Dr. Myers and staff. I highly recommend Professional Dental for all your dental needs.

This is the best dentist office ever! I have never had so much fun at the dentist. I'm very self conscious about my teeth, they made me feel so comfortable even better they made me smile without worry. Ashley+Dr. Rasmussen whole staff was truly amazingly amazing. Dr. Rasmussen helped me find a better solution for my dental needs, they took the time to explain everything in full detail, ugh I'm so excited to come back! Who gets this excited for the dentist? 🙋♂️

When we first started going to Professional Dental, I had no complaints. They were nice the work they did was fine. I think I even gave them a positive review once. The problems came later...
The receptionist/billing lady at Professional Dental was making mistakes and doing weird things with our account. We had a dental discount plan, but she took that plan and recorded it as a nice insurance plan. That made it so they weren't charging us as much as they should have for our dental work. I double checked with her to make sure we were getting charged the right price, and I was reassured that the prices were correct.
We were not doing well financially, due to our lack of money, my family had gone without dental care for a few years, so we were overdue, and we were happy to get all our work done at the prices we were receiving.
It wasn't until about a year later that they called me up and said... "Hey, we have some problems with your account and you owe us lots of money."
Not only had the receptionist been charging us incorrectly, but she had made a mess of our account. When they called me, there were multiple accounts for our family. It took them a few weeks for them to even weed through the mess she had made.
When it was all said and done, they stuck us with a big fat bill. I tried to negotiate with them. The only reason I had gotten all of our work done was because the prices were so reasonable. If I had been given correct information, then I would have adjusted accordingly.
Ultimately, they were unsympathetic to my situation and sent me to collections. And if anyone has been sent to collections, you know what a nightmare that is. I probably shouldn't have been so stubborn about it, but I feel like a business should be more understanding when it was their own employees that caused the whole mess.
So, what started out as a good experience ended up with some pretty bitter feelings towards them because my family and I paid the price for their employee's mistakes. And because of this we'll never go back to Professional Dental.

Dr. Myers is the BEST dentist I have ever had! Been with him for at least 15 yrs. He listens, is concerned, and a perfectionist!!! Highly recommend him to anyone!
