I'm not one to write reviews but I'm still upset from an experience I had here.
I had been coming here for a few years and my last experience stopped it for me. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist (Brooke) was checking my gums with her poke tool and it was extremely painful. She was pushing as hard as she could.. Ive never once been in so much pain when anyone else was doing this procedure in the past. I asked her if she could not do it so hard and she snarky said its only painful because I needed a cleaning. I was on the verge of tears with how aggressive she was pushing. she was incredibly rude and absolutely refused to give me any empathy. I've never been treated like dirt my entire life. She made me feel like I had never gotten my teeth cleaned and like I was the most disgusting person instead of apologizing and trying to be softer. She continued to treat me like I was dirt the entire experience. The only reason I did not get up and walk out is because I did not want to find time to get a cleaning with my busy schedule. I will never ever go back and neither will my husband and a few friends.
Today I went to a new dentist office and had a completely different experience.

There have only been two dentists that I have ever enjoyed going to see in my whole life. Rose Creek is on the top of my list. They are always so interested in what’s happened in my life since I last saw them. Dr. Dowdle and his assistants Mica and Shan are fantastic.

When you walk in the office of Rose Creek Dental there is a feeling of trust and family. They are so gracious and helpful to making your time there relaxing. Dr Dowdle takes the time to make sure you know what is happening, and ensures that all will be good with you. He and staff are excellent in making it a comfortable visit. They are all quality professionals at their work. I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Dowdle is an amazing dentist. He is kind and always happy to see you. You are always greeted with a smile from Dr. Dowdle and all of his staff.. You are treated with kindness and respect. His staff is top notch and always make you feel like you are the number 1 patient. They are amazing, kind and funny and I enjoy seeing them every time I go in. They are wonderful with my kids and always wonderful to me. We have been going to Dr. Dowdle for 7+ years and would never change dentists. He is a fantastic dentist.

They remember my name and greet me as I walk in the door. Today I was in for my regular cleaning and sweet Kayley made me feel welcome, remembering me from my last visit. I don’t think anyone really wants to go to the dentist but Dr Dowdle has a kind friendly manner and makes me relax and I appreciate his honesty in recommending only what I really need. I love the way everyone is so friendly behind the counter also! We’ll keep coming back to this dentist office!

My family of 6 has been with Rose Creek Dental for over 4 years now and we have never been dissatisfied with the service. Dr Dowdle came to our rescue late at night when our 6 year old knocked out his newly permanent teeth. He made it as comforting and easy as possible for us and our son and worked until midnight with our son. We have really appreciated him as a family dentist! No need for a pediatric dentist for us. Dr Dowdle has fulfilled all our families dental needs sufficiently and professionally. For us, just as important as the dentist is so is the staff of dental office! The staff at Rose Creek Dental is amazing! The office manager is always there to answer questions...The dental assistants are so kind and personable to us all. Dr. Danzy who removes wisdom teeth on Fridays --you can't get better in Utah! He made for less swelling in my teenage sons wisdom teeth removal. I would highly recommend Rose Creek Dental to any family!

I had an issue over the weekend and called them first thing Monday morning and they made room in the schedule for me that day.
When I came in, they treated me as I was their only patient. I then had to go back the next day (waiting on a partial for repair) and again, I felt like I was the only patient they had.
Dr. Dowdle had taken the time to talk with me and make sure I was great before leaving his office.
The staff checking in and out are awesome and answered every question I had.
I have been using Rose Creek for all our families dental needs and they have been outstanding, not just this visit.
I am extremely happy that my family and I found Rose Creek Dental.

Everyone at Rose Creek Dental is so nice! They are super patient. I have a really sensitive gag reflex and they did everything they could to make sure I was still comfortable. We don't live near them anymore, but still travel to go to them. I would definitely recommend them!!!
