Ladies at the front desk are rude. Our daughter had two insurance. We were waiting for one insurance to pay on her visit. The office staff said not to worry, that they would adjust the late fees after the insurance paid. We offered to pay several times during the waiting game, but they reassured us it would be fine. They said "Let's just wait for the insurance to pay first". Well when the insurance finally paid, they covered the remaining bill for dental work. Unfortunately, we still had 200.00 in late fees because the office staff refused to keep their word. When we called and tried to talk to them, they were less than enthusiastic to talk to us. It was very disappointing. We were in no way trying to get something for nothing. This situation showed me a lot about their character. We no longer go there. I can't trust them.
