I’ve had two dental emergencies in the past 3 months and every single time Kim was beyond helpful and Dr. Erickson was so kind and helpful. This office has made these dental emergencies less painful than they already are. I’ll suggest them every single time and have since I first started coming here over a year ago.

Dr. Erickson and his staff are the best! I always get very anxious when I have to go to the dentist and get work done, but Dr. Erickson is so good at making me feel calm. He is so patient and kind and I will never go to another dentist!

I would urge you to look at my review, and others, to get a full understanding of individual experiences at iSmile. While in the beginning, I was looking forward to building a relationship with this clinic, the result has ended in more money spent and a lot of wasted time.
I will note that the employees at this clinic mean well, all of them have a positive attitude and I do believe are friendly people. However, there needs to be a significant improvement in their process.
To make a long story short. I went to this clinic for a cleaning, then was sold on the idea of replacing crowns, and removing wisdom teeth. iSmile referred me to a three-step plan. I have had two crowns, since I was 9, that were supposedly decaying and my wisdom teeth have been bugging me for the past month, so I was on board with this plan.
A crown is clockwork for a dentist and mine took over a month and a half to complete. After iSmile informed me that they do same day crowns, I discovered that was not true, and I needed to wait two weeks to get mine. It started with much pain from a temporary crown they placed, to coming in to getting a new one, but the color was much different from my teeth and what was picked initially, to then back and forth communication on my missing crown from their lab, poor communication, and me coming in for wasted appointments.
Their front office representative was helpful at times, but more or less debated me on a majority of issues and just added another layer of unprofessionalism during the whole process.
After many phone calls, wasted in-person visits, I received a refund and took my business elsewhere.

After working with this dentist for almost 4 years and dealing with the disorganization, billing errors, and mis-scheduling my family has found a new dentist. We can’t have a single visit that doesn’t have some kind of an issue. When we call to resolve issues we get different answers. One billing error came up a year after the work was done, and it took several phone calls over a couple months to finally just get the dang bill paid! Amanda in billing was short with me and very rude. Kim is always nice but her explanations change from day to day. Aside from all that, after having cavities filled for both myself and my husband, even after 4 years we still have pain and sensitivity in those teeth that was not there before iSmile worked on those teeth. The pain is sharp and severe enough that neither of us can chew with those teeth. Lastly, iSmile mis-diagnosed my husband with periodontal disease which required him to have special (expensive!!) periodontal cleanings every three months for the rest of his life. A second opinion told us this is not the case, and his gums are normal and healthy. Goodbye iSmile.
