I went in to see Dr. Rasch on an emergency basis. He fitted me into his schedule. I ended up having a temporary crown, which will be replaced in about a week. He spent the time to explain what had happened to the tooth and what would need to be done. I plan to continue to see Dr. Rasch for my dental needs. He is great!

After very traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists, I made an appointment with Dr. Rasch. My heart sank when I heard I needed a crown and five fillings. As it is extremely hard to get me numb, my anxiety was very high. The work was split over three appointments. And all three appointments were the best experiences I ever had at a dentist's office. Dr. Rasch assured me he had some 'extra tricks up his sleeve' to get me numb --- he needed his tricks, but he delivered! This was in the end a virtually painless experience in the dentist's chair, due to Dr. Rasch's skills, bedside manner and the dental hygienists and staff, who are all friendly, caring and quality professionals. Their combined skill and kindness makes this as good an experience as I will ever have at the dentist. (And the dental cleaning I received, left my teeth whiter and cleaner than ever before!) Gratitude for everybody at Dr. Rasch's dental office!

If I could give zero stars I would. Village Dental is the worst office experience I've ever had. There was an issue with the procedure I had done, my mouth stayed completely numb for six months and when I called to address it, nothing was done about it. The unprofessional office staff was the icing on the cake. I would not recommend this office to my least favorite person. They don't care about their patents, they just need to be sure to nickle and dime you to pay for that pretty new building.

Dr. Rasch and staff are wonderful! They are so attentive to all my needs as well as my children and make our time there so fun. They are knowledgable and quick to answer any questions I have. I never have to wait, then when I get back to get my work done I enjoy all the ammenities they offer like the TV, blankets, and water bottles. Dr. Rasch is so gentle and accomodating. We have loved coming here and will never leave!

Dr. Rasch drilled one of my cavities about a year ago and I still have sharp pain in my molar everytime I eat, I have brought this up to him several times and he said that he likely hit the nerve and that there isn't anything he can do about it. I don't eat on the left side of my mouth anymore to avoid the pain :( I've also had a bite guard made and it is far too tight to wear, so that was a major waste of $200. I dread coming back every six months and am currently looking for other dentists.

If you are looking for a dentist, this is your guy. I have had horrible experiences with too many dentists and all of those fears have been eliminated with Dr. Rasch. His office staff is extremely professional and always accommodating.
