Dr. Johnson is amazing as always!! He was my dentist when I was a kid. I moved out of state for many years and went back to him for a second opinion recently and he was just as kind, supportive, and positive as I remember him being. His staff was amazing and wonderful and took such good care of me. I trust Dr. Johnson with my dental care and so thankful for his kind and caring manners when I come to my appointments. He never makes you feel bad about yourself when it comes to the state of your teeth and he's always optimistic about a dental care plan. I leave feeling calm and confident.

I love Dr. Johnson and his staff, they’re amazing and do whatever they can to help
You. I woke up with some serious tooth pain and called to see how soon I could get in, they had a fully booked day but somehow still made time to help me.
The hygienists there also do a great job, especially with explaining the steps in the process, my last cleaning was a very comprehensive experience and I actually enjoyed it, if you can believe that!
I will never change dentists if I can help it.🤗

I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the dentist who worked with me before Dr. Johnson worked on me (she had strawberry blond hair). Anyway, she was terrific. Very professional and very friendly all at the same time. I don't like going to the dentist, but she made the experience much better than usual.

Dr Johnson is very knowledgeable. He has the best team, especially hygienists!! They are fast, thorough and gentle. (SaraJane, you’re my fave) I am soooo glad he hasn’t sold out to corporate dental, he’s got the patients’ best interest at heart and has a conservative approach to dentistry. Dr Johnson is awesome really. My wife has been going to him for a while & she loves him as well! He’s an awesome guy & really kind! We would continue to go there if it wasn’t for his employees. The receptionist is horrible. I called in to cancel our appointment & she was just incredibly rude the instant she answered. Automatic attitude. I can’t recall her name, it may have been Tanya but I’m not sure. I told her my wife forgot to cancel before the weekend so I apologized for calling the day of our apt (Monday morn) & she hit me with a “hmmm” with a lot of disbelief in it. The conversation proceeded and she just continued to worsen her behavior. I was astounded with how impolite and rude she was. She then told me she was going to try and fee me 100$ for the appointments when no where ever did it state there was a cancellation fee in a certain amount of time. I questioned her about this and she was immediately agitated. She told me after covid they’ve been “much more lax on letting their customers know” and I told her well you should’ve let me know? Because no one has told me this, I had no knowledge. She was then even more upset and then began to raise her voice “fine! I’ll just cancel it. Bye!” and she hung up. I really do not understand why she was so upset, I get that canceling is an inconvenience, my wife and I both work by appointment only with clientele and know how it is, but it happens sometimes she did not have to act the way she did, try to lie about a fee and then yell and hang up on me. I don’t know, people like that shouldn’t be the face of your company. We will not be returning to Dr Johnson although he is amazing himself.
