I’m obviously in the minority here so take my review with a grain of salt!
They had to do a crown for me while I was pregnant. Unfortunately since then, the crown has been super sensitive. I can’t really chew on the left side where it’s located, and it’s sensitive to cold and heat. I went in after a few months and they shaved the crown down but that didn’t help. When I went in for another cleaning I mentioned it to the hygienist, and she made an appointment for me to have it fixed “free of charge” (her words). When I went in for that, the dentist looked at it for 2 seconds and said he shouldn’t do anything that would cause more trauma to the tooth. I get that, but I now have one side of my mouth that’s basically unusable now, which sucks. It felt like they just didn’t want to fix it for free. I have since found a new dentist.
