Wells Brockbank DDS

I used to like this place a lot, I thought it was a good place and a good doctor, but after having some work done, I don't feel so good
I had some work done in different times, the last time I had the doctor cleaning a molar and after a few days the filling came off, I went to ask them to fixed them but he they didn't pay attention even if I was showing them the big hole I had, they kept working in other areas even if I was telling them I had a hole and I needed them to fixed it. I got tired and I went to a different doctor
I was so angry and frustrated, everything the new doctor pointed to be wrong and needed to be fixed were the things that Dr. Brockbank just barely did a few months before, the New doctor was surprised of how bad was the work done. Now I am still paying for all the work Dr. Brockbank did, and I am paying the new doctor to fixed it. I lost a molar because of the hole I had.

having to pay for a really bad work still, make me really mad,
because even if I pay them little by little the work was done really bad.

Another doctor just told my daughter about a teeth
Dr. Brockbank did and told her the filling is coming off and she is getting a really bad teeth

so now 2 different dentists are criticisms his work even if they don't know who is the doctor that did it.

I still have about 2000 dollars to pay
I feel I shouldn't have to pay for but I am still paying

7800 is what it cost me to fixed all his work and loosing my molar was the worst.

I would never come here again.

I’ve been a patient for over 25 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr is gentle and up on the latest technology making my visit almost painless. There have been instances when he has been out of town and I’ve experienced tooth pain. His educated competent staff have helped with antibiotic requests approved by him to get me through until he returns. I highly recommend his services. Great dentist - Great guy

My wife and I have been going here for over 10 years. They are great, the dental hygienist remember me every time (they always put me with the same one) and the doctor comes in and is always nice and remembers me as well. They always do their best to work with my schedule and go the extra mile to make things easy! If we have to come back for extra work it’s done well, and we appreciate them! They always do a great job, from the cleaning to any other work that needs done! We are lifetime patients here and appreciate Dr. Brockbank and his staff so much!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brockbank. Today is a perfect example of his absolute care for his patients. I called with an emergency and he not only was able to help me, but made the whole thing as easy and comfortable to deal with. They gals in this office and everyone that works here are absolutely amazing. Each and every time I go in they ask me about my family and other aspects of my life because they truly care.

I have been going to Dr. Brockbank since he opened his practice. He is so kind and gentle and the staff is great. How could it get any better.?He is a great Dentist and I have never had any problems or complaints. I send friend's to him all the time.He is honest and doesn't do unnecessary procedures. His prices are fair. They go out of their way to see your experience a worthwhile visit.

Everyone was awesome!!! Dr.Brockbank is the best. Kind and gentle.very good bed side manner. Also the ladies at the front desk go above and beyond for you, so amazing. Last but not least the Dental assistants are kind and sweet. The whole office is very accommodating! I highly recommend Wells Brockbank DDS.

Brockbank has helped our family for years and he has; fair prices, amazing customer service, and is efficient with everything he does. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have amazing looking teeth. Also continue doing a fantastic job Dr. Brockbank!

First off, the front desk staff were extremely nice. Front desk never gets enough credit for the work they do. The dental assistants were amazing and Dr. Brockbank was the best. I went in for one specific tooth that broke and was visible so i was insecure about it although I had other teeth that were probably worse off. Dr. Brockbank did the work needed on the one tooth I was worried about and didn’t try to “sell me” on getting anything else done. He casually mentioned as I was leaving that I am welcome back anytime if I want to work on anything else. I appreciated that more than I can say because I feel like dentists ALWAYS try to upsell. My tooth looks good as new and I couldn’t be happier.

I had to have my first root canal done a few weeks ago and was extremely nervous. Dr. Brockbank and his sweet assistant came to the office on their day off. He took time to explain the root canal process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had heard horror stories about root canals but it was completely painless! I have never liked going to the dentist and I still don't, but this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for. Thank you Dr. Brockbank!!

Everyone was very friendly. The dentist took time to explain everything to me so that I understood what was happening. I feel like they weren't trying to scare me into getting work done either- they were very moderate. The dental hygienist was very good too- more gentle and thorough than other offices I've been to.
