Only Professional Dental in Springville could score a 5 Star for a dreaded dentist appointment , I mean it’s a dentist appointment they are supposed to hurt and be a miserable experience Right? Not these guy’s from the moment you walk in they do it right, clean friendly and always quick in and out! It’s great to see the passion they share with educating you as a patient so you can live a better life knowing what’s best for the health and care of your teeth,,, Thank you girls for caring about your patients!

Had a tooth that needed a root canal and they just put a crown over it….. went to a different place and my tooth was infected…. So I ended up spending more money than I wanted.

If I could have given them zero stars I would have but there wasnt the option. 1 star is being generous. They used to be my favorite they changed into a new office have all completely different staff (payson office) we get transferred around to this office which would be fine but for my husbands check up they did not do a cleaning charged us for it and said he needed to schedule for a deep cleaning which also would be fine expect they would not schedule it the day he was available because it was just TOO annoying for the girl scheduling the appointment to open up the correct day he needed (her actual response). She still scheduled it for the day he said he could not make it to so of course he missed it. Tried calling to reschedule it and get corporate office where they insist we have to pay for the cleaning over the phone when they’ve already charged our insurance for a normal cleaning that they never even attempted to do because he needed a deep cleaning. I asked for the persons name from corporate because she wasn’t doing her job she refused to give it to me and said each office does things their own way and corporate does it another. Absolutely the most unprofessional dental office and corporate office I have had the misfortune of dealing with. This isn’t my first bad experience with them since the change in office and them having my family go to different offices. They insisted I needed a crown on one of my teeth after over a year I finally agree to it and it’s given me nothing but pain since. It’s never even hurt before. I have now had to have a root canal done in it twice it still hurts. I’ve never even needed a root canal before. If you have another option for dental office take it they are not worth it.

I love this office! My family has been coming for a while, and we recently brought my little guy in for his first visit. They were so friendly and sweet that he had fun the whole time! Always helpful staff, offer great suggestions and options, and we've NEVER had a problem. Lifetime customers!

This place is a little hard to find and if you’ve ever driven by you think it was closed or out of business their ain’t nobody here. In fact I’m not even sure they are still in business. Let me go look. I guess they all are but the only reason I found them is because they’re on the backside of Game stop

I love coming here. I had to get several cavities filled and a crown spread over a few visits. They've been great every time. All the staff are friendly and make going to the dentist enjoyable.

My entire family have been going to their Springville office for several years and probably will for years to come. Both the dentist and hygienists are very friendly towards both me and my kids. I especially appreciate how they are aware of my teeth sensitivity and how they respond with gentle treatment.

After two years of skipping cleanings, check-ups, and all around care my teeth were in need of some immediate emergency fillings. A friend suggested the Professional Dental Springville office to me and I couldn't be happier. The clinic was clean, the staff were kind and quick to get me an appointment. After a lot of pain,crying and a lot of stuff i can not express my gratitude for how happy and beyond content i am after getting a wisdom tooth out that was very very much needed out dr.yejin Ahn did an amazing outstanding job very friendly and everyone i have meet at the springville office is truely a life changing experience and i do mean it i will always come here and recommend anyone i know too come here and someday ill be more than happy too bring my kids if i ever have any ! Really awesome and outstanding place ! :) xD 10000000 out of 10 !!
