Things come up and happen out of my control called to cancel my daughters appointment and i get charged 25$. How am i suppose to give them a 24 hour notice when they are not open on a sunday?! I'll gladly go somewhere else. This is my second time having to cancel and sorry for inconvenience but things happen. Dr. Bower is great on the other hand.

Seriously the most amazing pediatric dentist ever!!! Chamberlain always makes him feel so comfortable!! If you need a dentist that is great with kids that are really nervous he is an incredible one... you won’t be disappointed

I bought my 4 kids ages 2-7 for an appointment at the same time and it went so smoothly. The staff was great with the kids and they were all calm and happy. The Dr. answered my questions and took time to talk to me. Great experience.

Awful.. Find a qualified dentist! Dr Bower had my daughter in tears, screaming & crying while extracting 4 teeth. I don't think the novocain had enough time to work & he didn't offer any gas? I had to ask after the first tooth but was told it was too late? Thanks! My 9 year old is now traumatized to visit the dentist. Then the nerve of the receptionist that asked me for payment after I showed up 20 min early to complete any paperwork & paid $110 in advance. WOW! all this while my daughter was completely terrified, shaking & tears streaming down her cheeks. DID YOU WANT ME TO PAY 2 TIMES?! I wish I would have done my research, I'm questioning now if it was even necessary those teeth had been extracted! This was like a 3rd world experience & I think I too am traumatized by the experience
