The only dental office I will go to. High standard of care and have always had a friendly staff that truly cares. I have been coming here for many years and have appreciated the consistency even after Dr. Stewart retired. I have no intention of going anywhere else for my dental care! Dr. Crandall is great and takes the time to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. Thank you for being awesome!

My husband and I moved back from Northern Utah not too long ago and wanted to go back to his family dentist, Dr. Stewart. We were surprised to find that Dr. Stewart had recently retired and that Dr. Crandall took over his office. We decided to give it a try. We were happy we did! He seemed thorough and nice. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to the original owner is a really great person and I trust that he left it in the care of someone he appreciates and respects. The visits I’ve been there with myself and my children have all been exceptional I would definitely suggest this office to anybody in need of dental care. The front desk is very polite and helpful and the dental hygienists always do a great job.

Dr. Crandall and his dental assistant were great. He was very thorough and went through all of the options with me regarding my treatment plan and tried to help lower the cost because I was very obviously stressed about it which I greatly appreciate. However, I will not be returning to this office simply because of the front office staff. I keep seeing in these reviews how kind and accommodating the front office staff was for them, but that wasn't the case for myself. Your front office woman treated me like I was a theif and gave me the most disrespectful look when I asked if I could pay half of it one week and half the next because I'm a struggling new mother and didn't have 1200 to spend in one sitting. I honestly felt racially profiled the way that she looked at me after I asked this question. Had I known before treatment that I was required to pay all of the cost I would have gone somewhere else. (Every dentist I've been to in my entire life has accepted payments because who just has 1500 sitting in the bank to drop on a tooth). But even after I paid the full amount, she still treated me terribly. I had a cleaning scheduled the following week, and told her I would be back in the next week. She rolled her eyes and looked at me as if to say "don't ever come back here if you don't have money". I don't know if this is standard practice in your office on how to treat people or what, but I will not be returning because of her. Your website also says that you offer "several flexible payment options", so why wasn't that an option for myself?

I had broken off one of the cusps of a molar. I went in to get a new crown to repair it. Dr Crandall was excellent. He was able to create the new porcelain crown and install it all in the same day. It was a perfect fit.
