Imagine Family Dentistry

I have been to see Dr. Barton and his staff two different times. Both times they have been extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I am very impressed with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Hall did a crown for me. It didn't fit right and was very painful. It continued to give me problems so I had to have it re-done by another dentist. We also had payment arrangements with them. They were taking our payment directly out of our account. They then started taking double the amount agreed to. When we asked them about it and asked them to take what we had agreed to they quit taking anything and sent us to a very aggressive collection agency. It's a big mess now! Terrible dentist work and even worse billing staff.

No one enjoys going to the dentist, but we all have to, at least twice a year. I have to say I was lucky my sister-in-law recommended Imagine. Everyone there is great!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work or cleaning.

I went in to give support to my wife for a procedure she needed. While their, they asked about my well being, and when I was confused about what my insurance would cover they looked up everything before recommending I get a tooth extracted. I was not ever pressured, but instead given a warm consultation at no expense. I decided to go through with the impromptu procedure only to realize that it took Dr. Barton 5 mins to complete without any real pain. I shook his hand and the hand of the dental assistant Morgan and sincerely said thankyou. I never have to worry about that tooth causing anymore pain. I have had problems with that tooth for 5 years before the extraction. Now my teeth are healthy again and I won't have to worry about biting any food the wrong way ever again. I recommend the highest possible rating. I wasn't even the patient they were suppose to see, but they got me in immediately because they cared.

I don't know the names of the people who work with me but I was so scared of my dentist appointment I had yesterday and they walked me through it and talked me through my fear of needles with the shots I got, were very understanding and encouraging and I'm not even worried about my next appointment with them in 2 weeks, honestly the best dentist I've been too in all my 19 years, medicaid friendly, love this dentist, already recommended them to a few people, love it!!

I really enjoyed my experience, also I’m very impressed with Megan she awesome. I would definitely refer people to imagine family dentistry any day of the year.

Have been going to Dr. Hall for the last 5 years now. Dr. Hall is a great dentist. Efficient, gentle, and his hygienists are just as great. However, I've just started receiving bills from their office because a former employee didn't bill the insurance correctly. I'm being back charged by Dr. Halls office for visits over a year ago. Not impressed with the customer service I received when I called to figure out what these bills were for. They are not documented on the bill as to why I am being billed, no information as to what the bill is for. When I called I was told that their old employee didn't know what she was doing when she billed my insurance, and billed them 100% instead of 80%. If my insurance only covers 80% than I am fine to pay the 20%, but I am not fond of the idea that you decided to start sending me bills years later because of a mistake your employee made a long time ago. I'll be finding a new dentist in the area. I'm sorry to leave you Dr. Hall, but I am not impressed with your billing department.

Terrible experience here. Dr hall did some crowns for me. One is quite a bit too short. I went back to see if he could fix it and he wondered if my mouth had shifted. I told him it had not. He wanted me to pay full price to fix something he had messed up. I also asked him to fill my cavitys with white, all of them are silver. He could have explained what my insurance covered and i would have willingly paid the difference. I Would not recommend going here if at all possible.

Very friendly staff. Had tooth pulled this morning Dr. Barton and his assistant did an amazing job Best Dental visit ever. Except for the ones as a child when you chose a prize from the treasure chest.😊
