I love the dentist that helps me. They have always been professional and kind to me. I also love how they have cookies on their desk. So fun! However, there was an instance that my husband had a hard time with that I feel I should review so that they can better accommodate customer awareness in being generally kind. My husband and I (while going to school- did not have dental insurance). Now we do and we have regularly been going to the dentist every 6 months... but because of our time in school and not having the money- we did not see the dentist often as you can imagine. So my husband and I have been pretty embarrassed about our teeth, but after year of going often our teeth are getting back to normal. One day after work for my husband he rushed to get his cleaning. He had no chance to floss or brush (only in the morning) before because he was at work. He had some sort of steak for lunch that day. They were doing his regular cleaning and some of the steak came out while they were flossing. He heard the hygienist in the hall complain to the dentist about the steak in his teeth. I mean come on. That is SO unprofessional- and for people who don't like going to the dentist in the first place, you just made it that much harder for him to go. The dentist is great. Maybe get rid of the guilt trips a bit and be a little more empathic to customers- would be my biggest suggestion.

Went here today for a cleaning and my baby boy was upset and crying. One of the nice hygienist ladies held him while I got my x-rays done. Then they let me hold him while they were cleaning my teeth. Its nice to go somewhere where the make you feel okay about having an upset child. Thanks ladies!

I absolutely love this place. I've never had a bad experience at either Tooele or Stansbury, but recently had a way above and beyond experience with Dr. Lee and Miranda. They were both so patient and explained everything, seemed like they really cared. They were both very knowledgeable and proficient at their job. Miranda is the best dental assistant I've ever had and made my replacement crown almost perfect on the first shot! She's a true artist and loves what she does, and is just amazing. Dr Lee was so patient when I had to bring my 5 year old with me, and was kind enough to notice how interested my son was in his work. He let him come over and watched, and explained everything to him. He was absolutely amazed and still talks about nice "Mr Dentist" all the time. It really made him happy and impacted his little mind, and he was treated by kindness and patience by the entire staff as well. Thank you so much guys! I highly suggest them.

After my dentist retired I needed to find a new dentist. Rosewood said I had 4 cavities and needed about $2,400 worth of work done. I thought this was odd since my last check up 6 months before came out perfect. So I decided to get a second opinion and the other dentist couldn't even find what they were talking about.
Here I am, 3 years later, with no issues.
Do yourself a favor, find a new dentist or at least get a second opinion before drilling permanent holes in your teeth.

My daughter had 4 fillings and within 1 1/2 years they all fell out and they wouldn't stand behind them because we didn't have any check-ups. Because I had a Stroke and had to temporarily move out of state. You would think that one or more could last that long. Stansbury Location

So I'm one of those guys who are scared to death of the dentist. It's like pulling teeth to get me to go in for an appointment... pun intended... The staff here are super nice and make it pleasant to get my teeth worked on. Hollie Baum is so nice and happy all the time it's hard not to smile when she is around! And when my son had his first filling they were awesome with him!! I'd recommend them to anyone! Thanks for coming to Stansbury Park!

This office used to be better, but they’ve gone downhill over the last year or so. We recently found out they charged our Insurance company one amount, but after the insurance denied the claim, they came back to us and charged us much much more than what they even billed the insurance company. That’s not very honest in my opinion! We aren’t happy with the dentist there either. One review I read said it’s important to get a second opinion when dealing with them, and I would have to agree.

My bf had an appt schedule at 1pm. We arrive 20 minutes early and they brought us back to a room. We sat here in the room for pver an hour before the dentist even came in to start working. He literally drilled a hole in my bf's tooth and then left the room after saying he had to numb him again. Now we have been sitting back here in this damn room for damn nesr 2 hours while this dentist continues to work on everyone else. All we came here for was a tooth extraction. I will not be bringing him back here to this office.

Came here for an emergency tooth ache! They got me in quick, the doctor was very personable and really made me comfortable. No issues with insurance and staff was easy to work with.
