Dr. Palmer and his staff did a great job taking care of mine and my kid's teeth. We've been going here for years but Dr. Vernon retired and we have really enjoyed getting to know his replacement. The staff are always friendly and they let you know all your options when you need more than just a cleaning done. I would definitely recommend Gentle Touch Family Dentistry.

They were so nice! The dental assistant Abby was amazing, she is so easy to talk to and very relatable for younger patients. Doctor palmer was nice and so willing to explain things that to normal people don't make sense. And Rachel was such a good office person!

My daughter broke a tooth by accident so I had to schedule an unexpected, emergency appointment. I sent a text message to Gentle Touch on a Sunday evening and heard back within 15 minutes which was sooner than I expected for it being outside of normal business hours. Dr. Palmer was very accommodating and I was offered an appointment first thing the following morning at 7:00. He examined her teeth and suggested that an x-ray be taken to get a better view of what was going on with them. Luckily she had broken a baby tooth and not an adult tooth. Overall I appreciated the customer service and care/attention we received.

They explained things really well, didn’t just talk to each other like I wasn’t there. It was a really great first impression. The dentist was very down to earth and the hygienist was the sweetest human I’ve ever met.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Eric Palmer, the dentist who is now leading the dental practice previously headed up by Dr. Vernon. It was nice to see Pam still keeping everything running smoothly with a smile. Dr. Palmer, assisted by Carmen, provided an excellent examination, cleaning service, and fluoride treatment. I love the feel of newly cleaned teeth!

Always great! I have been going to Doctor Vernon for many years and was a little sad to hear he retired. My wife and I met Doctor Palmer during our last visit and he did an amazing job! He was very kind and friendly and we look forward to the next visit.

I always feel welcomed and comfortable at this office. Dr. Palmer is always so calm, kind, and clear. The hygienist is so kind and helpful. She always has great tips. The staff is friendly and warm and I consider them friends. The front desk is also so helpful. Thank you! My teeth are healthier!

I had a good experience with Dr. Palmer. He introduced himself before starting the work, asked about me, and was both kind and courteous. I appreciate that he is proactive about dental care - recommending dental work to prevent more serious problems, and offering fluoride treatments. My family has gone to Gentle Touch Family Dentistry for years and will continue to do so.

Gentle Touch went above and beyond for me, I was in terrible pain and needed a root canal. They were able to fit me in between appointments to help relieve my pain. The root canal was painless and was well informed by Dr. Paul. The staff have always been super polite and helpful, everyone knows going to the dentist can be not fun, but Gentle Touch has always made sure I was not in any pain.

My visit went well as usual, the staff was friendly and professional. I met the new dentist there, Dr Palmer, he seemed very knowledgeable and and professional. However going forward, I will probably have to find a new dentist to go to. Dr Palmer has chosen to not continue to have more convenient hours, a once a month Saturday and a later night once a week so I don’t have to take time off of work for my appointments. I have begun my search for a new dentist that has more convenient hours for my schedule. I regret having to do this, I have been going to that office since Uncle Jay (Dr DeLamare) built that office back in the 60’s, but I have to do what’s best for me.
