Dr. Shiner and his staff are awesome! My 3 and 10 year olds loves going to the dentist! My husband had to have some work done, his teeth look amazing! They are so friendly and always so good to work around our crazy busy lives to get us taken care of. 😊

The staff was amazing from the front desk to the dental assistants. Dr. Shiner really put me to ease with all of my concerns. Looking forward to having a healthy painfree smile again. This was the 3rd dentist I have seen in Utah and I have finally found a Dentist I trust with all my family's needs.

The staff at Advanced are awesome! They took the time to make sure my three year old was comfortable and now he's not afraid of going. His favorite part is the balloon animal after his cleaning. Dr. Shiner recently fixed my cavity and it feels much better. The new facility is very nice and they also have a little area for the kids to play while they wait.

Coming from someone that is so scared to go to the dentist after I was done with my appointment and during they made it so much better then what I was thinking and that I would be able to come back for another appointment and not be so terrified. Thanks to Dr.Shiner and his staff!!

I am very frustrated with this place. The hygienist working with me and the assistants are very professional but I discovered, after the work was done, that one of the teeth that had been worked on had already had work done within the last five years so, surprise! my insurance won’t cover it. Also, an estimate for the cost of some major work was given to me before starting, so I could use that information to make my decision as to whether to proceed. After the work was completed, my portion was nearly a hundred dollars over the estimate.
Finally, I asked before we even began cleanings whether they were a preferred provider. I was told at the time that they were, and so began to feel confident that they would handle all our dental needs. Now, after the mounting bills for the major work are coming in, I’m finding out from our insurance that they are not, and the dental office is claiming that they never were.
I am very frustrated.
