We had Rachel today and she was absolutely amazing and patient. We were running late by 10 mins but we called ahead of time and the front desk staff were very polite, understanding and overall friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Dr. Chad has always been extremely kind to my kiddos and he’s always genuinely kind and wanting to know how the kids are doing. We love coming here!

We’ve taken our daughter here since she was 1 year old (now she’s almost 3). The clinic is cheery and very welcoming for kids. She’s always had a good experience and has felt comfortable. We are so grateful for her experience here so she will have no fears of going to the dentist as she continues to grow older. She is always very excited about getting a prize at the end of the visit.

Our old dentist’s office took hours to see our 5 kids, but Smart Pediatric was very efficient. Rather than making each child wait to see the dentist, they completed all the cleanings first. The entire staff was friendly and the office felt clean. We will be back!

I usually don't leave reviews but my experience with them has been so great that I HAVE TO. We used to go to another pediatric dentist provider in Orem and my toddler had such a hard time. It was a nightmare. She doesn't do well with strangers but the dentist there was so impatient and rough on her that made everything worse. He didn't take the time to warm up or make her feel comfortable first. I dreaded every dentist appointment and I finally decided to switch providers and I am SO glad I did. The atmosphere and the staff is friendly and my daughter now looks forward going to the dentist. Such a huge turnaround!
PLUS, my son that is under 3 gets free consultation, which is saving me some money this year because I didn't have to enroll him in my dental plan.

I want to gush about Smart Pediatric Dentistry, but I’m not great at sharing my thoughts as eloquently as I want to, but Im not going over board when I say that every visit has been beyond a great experience. Dr Chad and his staff are personable, detailed, warm & friendly, and an all around top notch staff. My kids feel important, comfortable, and rave about how rad the prize machines are. I always leave wanting to cry tears of gratitude for the great care we have received. I truly love that place. 💕
