I was brought back with very little wait. Sandra, the dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth and with the radiographs. Dr. Jennings was good to ask if I had any concerns and to listen. He explained his findings and options well. The technology is modern and he showed me the images of my teeth as we discussed options with a couple of old fillings. Everyone was very friendly. Also, the in-house membership program seems like a good option so we signed up. I’m a retired dentist who moved to the area last year, and I was very happy with my first visit.

My first time there and everyone I met were so kind and helpful. Sandra did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She was so kind and gentle with me and told me what she was doing. We discovered Cotton Creek Dental when I had an emergency tooth situation and I called my new dental office in Hurricane and they couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks and they gave me another dentist to call and same 2 weeks wait so I started googling and called Cotton Creek and they got me in the next morning and they were awesome so they are our permanent dentist now!!! They continue to be awesome and just had teeth cleaned and my smile is bright and shiney!! I would recommend Cotton Creek Dental to anyone...we were new in town and so glad we found them... They will take care of you!!

I chose Cotton Creek Dental because they were very close to where I live but I am so glad that I did! My entire experience was awesome with them. Dr Jennings explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. He made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I hate going to the dentist but he made the experience very good. He even followed up afterwards to make sure I was feeling okay after my procedure. Dorothy was the assistant and was so nice! And I had my teeth cleaned by Sandra who was also amazing and kind. Everyone in their office made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I appreciate all of them and will continue with them!

New patient paperwork was easy to prepare. My first visit was great. The hygienist did a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

Had a problem with my mouth guard. Felt as though there was a rough spot causing abrasion to the roof of my mouth. Called late Wednesday afternoon received an appointment Thursday afternoon. Upon arrival I was seen within 5 minutes. After some refitting, filling down, the fit was perfect! Some recent anxiety probably caused me to grind my teeth at night, pushing the guard out of alignment. After cleaning it up, I was sent on my way, cost, "ZERO"! What a great staff! Always a 5 star experience!
