Seriously?!?! My bf went to his appointment this morning, stood at the front desk when he walked in so he can check in and let them know he is there for his appointment but no one is around! 6 minutes later a lady walks by sees him and walks away another 5 to 6 minutes passes and still no one is there to greet him, or sign him in, or say anything. At this point it is 10 minutes pass his appointment time.The phone rings and rings and again no one even comes up to answer the call. So he left. You don't greet or acknowledge your patients? Very unprofessional!!

We had an issue with an On Call Dentist here. Once Dr. Teerlink heard about the issue he gave us a call and did his best to solve the remaining issue. I am very happy that he cared enough to fix the problem. My husband was very happy with the Hygienist that cleaned his teeth. Not sure that we would try this office again but if we did we would request Dr. Teerlink.

I have a great fear of dentists. I feel like having a panic attack the moment I sit in the chair. Dr. Teerlink and his assistants have put my mind at ease. I have had alot of work that has needed to be done. In just two visits he has done just about 2/3 of my mouth! And I don't mean just a few teeth, we are talkin EVERY SINGLE TOOTH has been worked on! I am so greatfull that they will sit and work on me for 3 hours straight to get it done. He can see in my eyes when I am uncomfortable, and will stop to adjust what he needs so I'm more relaxed. There is never really any discussion we. I'm there. I trust him and his assistants fully. I hope they know how much of an impact they have already made on my life and how I feel about myself. They have made miracles happen. I can finally eat REAL food, and have REAL smiles! Thankyou Dr. Teerlink and everyone else in that office. You are all so amazing. Thankyou for caring and giving me my life back!

I've been going here for a few years now - friendly, helpful and efficient staff, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, professional and talented. You can even watch Netflix while you lay in the chair! Strongly recommended.

I honestly can't say that I've loved a dentist more than I do Dr. Teerlink! He's funny, honest, willing to find alternatives, and he's friendly. Our whole family loves going to the dentist now, thanks to Dr. T, and his amazing staff. :)

My son-in-law had a dental emergency, and was in excruciating pain on a Friday morning. Two other offices that advertise "emergency" dental care offered to make an appointment for Monday morning, which would leave him suffering for three days. So I drove him from Cottonwood Heights to "my" dentist, Brush, in West Valley City. The took him in immediately, identified the issue, solved to problem, gave him a prescription for pain medication, and then worked with him on the bill. I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Teerlink is AMAZING!! He is so nice and accommodating, and we have never had a problem getting in when we need to, even on last minute or emergency appointments. I would recommend to him everyone!
