I am uninsured, and called prior to my appointment to find out the cost of an exam. I was told it would be $150, and when all was said and done the cost was $273. I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency around pricing, and therefore consent. I am also suspect of a suggestion that I need braces. I have consistently seen dentists throughout my life, and not one in 41 years has ever mentioned that need. I would be skeptical about any extra dental work suggestions, and if you are uninsured be sure to ask for pricing clarity and consent every step of the way.

Cheerful, expert service. Good at explaining what's being done and why. Equipment appears to be in very good shape. It can be hard to book an appointment less than several months out, but that's true of pretty much all good health services these days....

Absolutely wonderful office! Staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. West is amazing. I've been a patient there for over 10 years, I had a dental emergency today (1/3/23) called in a panic, was seen an hour later and fixed right up. I highly recommend Dr. West for any and all dental needs.

I will start this with, I hate dentists. One dislocated my jaw, needed jaw surgery, didn't go to the dentist for 5 years, have since paid the cost of a brand new luxury car out of pocket on dental work. This dentist knows this and knows how I handle going to the dentist. So called Friday for a chipped tooth and was told to come in at 12:15 so I made it work. Left work, showed up on time. I called and they told me it was going to be a little but they would come get me shortly. Fine. They come out and say oh they are running late and it could be another 30 minutes. I let them know I had to get back to work. She then laughed and asked if my tooth hurt. Whatever. Scheduled for Monday afternoon. Went Monday and was told that it wouldn't be a permanent fix but that it would last me until I could get it fixed. Have no more insurance left so paid $102. The next night I was eating soft food and I feel it come out. But that was Tuesday night and they aren't open Wednesdays so I had to wait until Thursday. I called Thursday and was told that they told me it MAY work and that it wasn't super necessary for that tooth. I said no you didn't you said it would last. And then was told well there is nothing we can do about it. If it wasn't necessary and was only possibly going to work I would not have done it. Very unhappy.
