DO NOT USE CLOUD DENTAL. Caution to any new patients. I was using Cloud Dental for a wisdom teeth extraction. I was advised prior to scheduling the appt and followed up before my procedure that the insurance would be covering any costs related to these extractions. This was a new insurance plan. I made the appt for when insurance would be active. I had to pay $1500 up front the day of my appt, which was told to me would be paid back by the insurance company. I have waited several months with no contact from office nor insurance. I contacted Cloud Dental in June/July to find out that insurance would not cover procedure due to procedure being done while insurance was “active”. I spoke with Cloud Dental office manager to rectify issue, Dr. Vallee wanted to make the situation right…. 2 months goes by, and this issue is still not fixed. I called 2 weeks ago, to find out nothing will be done and still no resolved issue. Office lacks communication.

I love cloud dental! They are prompt, timely, safe and clean. The last dentist place I went to took an hour to clean and over and our for a filling. They even numbed me multiple times and I felt pain. At cloud dental I didn't feel any pain after the first numbing. They are all nice and got my cleaning and filling done in an hour! I will be coming here again for sure!

Dr. Vallee has been my family dentist for the majority of my life. He and his staff have always been friendly and made the office feel comfortable. Recently I've decided I have wanted to pursue dental school and Dr. Vallee has been eager to open his office to allow me to shadow. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Edit. The previous post was not by me and my account was being used by someone else. Dr Vallee is an amazing Dentist and I could not refer someone better then him.
Dr Vallee called me and fixed the problem I was having personally and that truly makes all the difference. It was an issue on my end with insurance which is why I waited so long for a check in the mail for insurance verification for an initial first visit. Times are tough and money is tight so I initially took it as not getting my money but Dr.Vallee fixed that and we are moving forward. Thank you Cloud Dental for fixing the issue and working with me to get money back in my hands.

My whole family goes here and has been for years. Dr.Vallee is great. My youngest son is 8years old and he loves going there, he likes seeing all the staff and especially his hygienist Missy. Missy is great with him. I have recommend this place to a friend and will continue too.

Great hygienists and staff, and top of the line dental care with Dr. Vallee. Office staff are insurance geniuses and willing to work with you for any situation. Highly recommended.

Have been going to Cloud Dental for a few years now, they are ver accommodating. Dr valley is very thorough and caring.
2 years ago my husband, who was not Dr. Vallee's patient at the time, had an accident that resulted in the need for not only 17 stitches in his mouth that the hospital ER would not do, but also extensive dental work. Dr. Vallee took him in Immediately and did the stitches and has been treating him ever since.

I had 3 grand mal seizures & pushed 4 of my bottom teeth out of place. I saw Dr. Mann who squeezed me in to her schedule, was caring, efficient & worked with my insurance company to figure out the most cost effective way to salvage/save my teeth. Needless to say, she saved my teeth, I have no pain & she turned a very negative, fearful experience into normal again! And she’s great with my daughter too😊

I'm very pleased with cloud dental. The staff is super professional and kind. Also, they did an excellent job at acessing my husband's teeth and giving him amazing care. I encourage anyone to come here especially for teeth emergencies.

I am a returning client, after switching to a dentist closer to home. The other dentist did two fillings for me, one fell out and the other was still sensitive. Once back at cloud x rays showed the other dentist never completed the filling on the sensitive tooth and damaged a filling that dr vallee from cloud had done. Today Dr vallee repaired the filling the other dentist damaged and the filling that had fallen out and the entire process was a treat by comparison to the other dentist. I Am enormously thankful to be back and will never go to anywhere else.
