Experienced a horrible injury and medications for this injury. Had SEVERAL teeth taken out due to decay, left with a horrible smile and limited ability to chew. Dr. Najafi and crew changed all this. Implants and bridges, virtually pain free, (all done in the office) made a HUGE difference in my life. My self esteem, and smile were brought back to life!!! I HIGHLY recommend his staff and his facility. Love these guys!!

Most people hate coming to the dentist. I on the other hand love coming to the dentist. Especially because of the care and friendly staff. They do a great job with cleanings, filling, and scolding me when to don’t take good care of my teeth.

I have been going to this dental office for several years. The technicians are fantastic and attentive. Their technique is gentle yet thorough. I have been attended to by Amanda for the past several years and she is fantastic and always a pleasure. Her personality and overall expertise makes the experience enjoyable....yes. I just equated a dental cleaning to an enjoyable experience! Highly recommended.

I want to thank everyone at Fredericksburg Family Dentistry for their excellent service and care. Laurie and Rhonda provide excellent customer service and great customer contact keeping us updated. Dr. Najafe is simply THE BEST he has a gentle touch and a soft voice that puts you at ease. His assistants are awesome as well, sorry I don't know the name of the assistant who did my X-rays or who helped yesterday but they are both were wonderful.
Before visiting your office it had probably been 7 years since I had gone to the dentist, my chart supports that lol, after my first visit here I realize going to the dentist should not be a traumatic experience IF you have the right people in your office. You guys truly are the best!!! Thank you and see you in 2 weeks.

I want in for a yearly evaluation without X-rays.
I stated to the receptionist that I do not have dental insurance at this time..
I have a broken tooth in the right rear side of my mouth but no infection. I'm careful about my dental care; I use tea tree oil toothpaste and a rotary brush. My gums are in good shape.
The dentist would not check my teeth and gums but told me, based on last year's
x-rays, that I need to have a tooth extraction. I was handed a referral for an oral surgeon at the receptionist's desk.
He and his assistant were reluctant to answer questions I had about the current state of my teeth. The assistant had put a dental bib around my neck so I thought the dentist was going to check my teeth and gums. This did not happen.
He said he would do a cleaning after my broken tooth is extracted.
I will be getting a second opinion.

Our family has been coming here for years for cleanings and routine visits. Recently our teenage son lost a tooth in an accident. Dentist met us at 9pm on a Saturday night to help stabilize the surrounding teeth. After son's follow up appointment, you can't even tell he lost the tooth. They take great care of their patients.

BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I have gone to many dentists and finally found one that is a keeper. The entire staff is genuine, honest and thorough. They really have the patients’ best interest at heart. They are not only reactive to present dental requirements but practice preventive measures to keep overall dental health at its best. I really really trust them and appreciate them. Great hours too!!!
