Fantastic dentist! Dr. Zand is the best dentist that I’ve had. She cares about your full dental experience. I’ve always dreaded the dentist before I started going to her practice (I literally used to have panic attacks). She and her staff are welcoming and bright. They have great team chemistry which allows you to trust the very fluid process. The waiting room is comfortable with warm lighting. The wait time is usually short. They have a variety of complimentary tea and coffee. They communicate well with my family and are attentive to our dental needs. It’s so convenient that the crowns are designed and made in house! I’m incredibly thankful for their help with making my teeth strong and beautiful!

It has been a while since I've gone to the dentist due to many reasons but the main being my personal dislike for the dentist. However, I was recommended Hendon Dental Arts by a loved one and I'm glad I finally sucked it up and went. The staff at HDA made me feel welcome right away and my negative thoughts and feelings for dentists went away after speaking with the staff starting with the front desk staff. They were very professional and understood where my hesitation came from (I imagine there have been other patients who shared my feelings regarding the dentist). The hygienist who did my first cleaning in forever was friendly and put my mind at ease. When it was time to meet with the dentist she was like her staff and made my time in the chair a nice experience. By the time I left I couldn't remember why I thought so negatively of the dentist before. I would recommend coming to Hendon Dental Arts if you are apprehensive regarding dentists!

Originally started my dentistry aspects of my life with another firm, I satisfied with crazy cost, excuses, stale culture, and billing issues. Researched many practices across the local area, and made a commitment with HDA. This small firm nestled away in Herndon is welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. Impersonal staff, upsell, and rushed service.

The dentist, Dr. Ibrahim, wasted little time before upselling on services right away both Invisalign and a deep cleaning. I agreed to the deep cleaning as I wanted to take preventative measures for my dental health, and I also agreed to the Invisalign scan.

The Invisalign scan was done by two hygienists, one of them was in training. This took very long to complete. As they moved the instrument around my mouth, they did not take into consideration my discomfort.

The deep cleaning was done by the dentist. Initially, he sat me on the chair with it sitting straight up and proceeded to start the cleaning. The hygienist who was with him had to remind him to adjust the chair so that I could be leaning back in a better position...

It was a rushed service, it took 15 mins max after I was numbed. I know this because I sent messages to a friend before service started, and after when I was done and I could see the timestamps. This is not what I would expect for a deep clean service that costs $252 after insurance.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Zand for many years and would not think of going with anyone else. She is very kind, extremely knowledgeable in her field of dentistry and only recommends dental work if it is needed, not just to make money for dental work that is not needed. Her staff (Vivian, Christina and dental assistant Lillian) are also very efficient and customer friendly. I highly recommend her services as well as her new colleague Dr. G who also is a very skilled dentist.

I’ve been to Herndon dental arts which I haven’t been to a dentist for a long time . I was amazed by the high tech that this place has and also the staff were super nice .Dr Mo was gentle and comprehensive exam on me and then did the cleaning . He took his time and explained everything to me then his assistant, Goli, was great and very patient and made my teeth shiny and I felt very clean ❤

I just moved here to VA my insurance has not switched over and I have an emergency my tooth broke off months ago and now it's infected but they won't help me in anyway

Really great team! They Went over the work that I needed to have done and worked with me to set up a treatment plan and even a payment plan which was sooo appreciated. I had put off going to the dentist for 10 years and I'm definitely glad I found this office. I'm excited to see the final results!

I had to have a lot of work done in the last month. Dr. Mo and everyone here is super sweet and super patient. I’m a big baby when it comes to pain but Dr. Mo was understanding and worked with me through all my fears.

This practice is THE gold standard by which all other dental offices should be measured. Their attention to detail and exemplary skills are what set them far apart from any other dentist I've ever visited. They were generous and considerate throughout my 3-hour visit. They go well beyond due diligence to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Very clean, modern office, latest tech, experienced doctors on duty. Excellence on display.
