They are very overpriced they want to do procedures that don’t need to be done just for money. They don’t believe in billing they want money up front. Even though you have insurance. Staff is rude thinks they know everything.

I've had a few procedures done and if my dentist was booked I never had to wait. So I had pleasure of the other two dentist helping me. Its great to know you don't have to wait several days to get worked in.

All the staff, from front desk to hygienists, are friendly and helpful. My hygienist is usually Jennifer, and she is wonderful to answer any questions I have. Dr. Muehleck is very personable, as well as being a great dentist. Today I saw Dr. Perez and he made a good first impression with me.

I have been going to Martinsville family dentistry for a few years now and I have nothing but good to say about there service. Out of every dentist I’ve ever been to in my 32 years, they are the best. So courteous and friendly. Tabatha has been my hygienist the past year and she is so nice and does an amazing job. I was interested in purchasing my first nice electric toothbrush as I’ve bought the cheaper ones for a while and they never last. Dawn at front desk helped me and showed me the different electric toothbrushes. I finally bought me one and it works amazing. Best toothbrush ever! Dr Perez is so funny and so nice! He always makes me laugh and answers all my question. Going to the dentist can be scary for some and so they won’t go. Dr Perez will make sure you are taken care and you will no longer be afraid of the dentist office. You will look forward to your check ups. 🥰

The staff was really friendly when I first walked in and when Tiffani took my X-ray she was really helpful explaining what the doctor was going to have to do before I even got back to him. I was in and out in no time at all and they scheduled my next appointment to have some teeth removed for the following day. All together a friendly and helpful office and I’ll be going there for a long time
