It is because of Dr. Hart that I love my teeth!! Dr. Hart is the absolute best! And the staff is great too. I’ve been a patient of her’s since she started her practice. And let me tell you, before I started seeing her I had a fear of dentist and messed up teeth! She is also great with kids. When my daughter grew teeth and started going to Dr. Hart, she would ask me why her other doctors were not as fun as Dr. Hart. My daughter is grown now and she still is excited to go to a Dr. Hart visit. If you are looking for a great Dentist, look no further than Dr. Hart. I’ll say it again, I LOVE MY TEETH!

Dr. Hart is the most gentle, caring, calming dentist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have experienced anxiety due to being an adult with a baby tooth, and the implications of what comes next…and Dr. Hart always made me feel so safe and in expert care. At 35, I had my first cavity filled and taken care of with her gentle touch. So thankful for her.

I visited this place to clean my teeth. I was asked to do X-Ray otherwise they refuse to do the cleaning, while I was 100% sure there is nothing wrong with my teeth, except a very minor cleaning.
So I had to pay 3 times more than I really needed to pay.
Later when I moved to another city, I asked for the X-Ray. And they refused to give it me. While it is my very basic right to have access to my own documents.
They have a very strict system of requesting 5 star reviews repeatedly. and probably try to dispute any criticizing reviews. That is why the rate is 5/5, and zero 1-star rate! and that is why I chose to go to this place. But now I see these rates are sometimes unreliable.

I had very good visit today with Dr.Hart, this was my first time at the Richmond VA Dental Arts and I enjoyed it a lot. All staff at the office where very professional, no waiting, everything was very prompt and on time. Dr.Hart took a lot of time with me, listening and examining Since this was my first visit I am looking forward to next visits. She mapped out a plan how to best way addres my needs and how to take care of problems I am having. Very provessional and everything was explained well. I've found where I belong. From the greetings when I arrived to the conversation with Dr Hart I felt so at ease. I felt the anxiety leaving my body as we discussed my issues and set in motion the plan. What a great feeling !

Dr. Hart has been my dentist since I was a small child now I take my child to her. She is amazing at what she does. If you have an issue or a problem area she will make sure every area of concern is addressed. Her staff is also some of the best people. I don't know where she found them but it's like they found the best dentist, best dental hygienist and front desk team and put them in one office together. The office is small and clean and you instantly feel welcome when you arrive. Dr. Hart also specializes in sleep medicine so if need a dentist to make a dental device for sleep apnea she knows exactly what to do. Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Hart for anyone who wants to find their forever dentist.

Dr. Hart is very detailed, takes a lot of time to understand your personal issues and situation, gives a thorough analysis, and presents options clearly. The only downfall is she doesn't take insurance, and was cost prohibitive for me to see her past the initial call and in person consultation.
