I had broken a bottom front tooth and was in terrible pain staff there was impeccable they were glad to help my and was very professional and got me in and out in a timely manner I highly recommend this dentist office I know I will be going back

I was not impressed! My husband went to get two teeth pulled and walked out with one broken off!! My husband has a fear of dentists and a low pain tolerance. They were informed of this even. When my husband went back Dr Joachim immediately numbed him. When he did he hit my husbands nerve 4 times, sending a electric shock through his head each time! Dr Joachim played it off as nothing. Then they decided to take x-rays. Once that was complete, Dr Joachim went to pull his teeth before the numbing had completely set in. My husband tried telling them (Dr Joachim and his assistant) this, however, they refused to listen. Dr Joachim broke half of his tooth straight to his gum line. When my husband screamed in pain the assistant just laughed! I tried calming my husband down and then Dr Joachim said "I don't have time for a complicated extraction. Do not reschedule a appointment with me.". They even made us pay for the tooth before we left! I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone!

Excellent, well run family operation. Been seeing them for a couple years now. Very courteous, and good with our youngster. Relatively short wait times (I'm typically seen in less than 10 minutes from walking in the door). Dr. seems to have a very realistic and pragmatic approach. Haven't had any major procedures, primarily checkups and x-rays.
