I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. I had a dental emergency and they worked me right in the same day and treated me as well! I had been in pain since the night before. Dr. Nicole Griffith was really Awesome!! The entire staff is Awesome! Great and professional atmosphere! I would Highly Recommend Commonwealth Dentistry

Dr. Bill and Heidi were awesome. They were very personable and comforting. Dr. Bill was patient and ensured that I was comfortable prior to starting the procedure. The dreaded numbing of the gums was not bad at all; didn’t even feel it. I’m so excited that I was able to find a dental practice like this one. Will recommend to all.

First of all Lisa is amazing from start to finish she was a breath of fresh air from the first phone call she was a everything and more. Lisa is what great customer service looks , I was in pain beyond this world she got me in same day(called me less than 30 minutes after call to make sure I was taken care of that morning when someone canceled so I could get in immediately ) let me say all staff was good Dr .Griffith was beautiful inside and out making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Lisa needs a bigger roll for me she is the face of excellence she is my new family member and she doesn’t even know it. I never thought I could come in so much pain and leave so relaxed, if you are looking for professional comfort and genuine concern go see them they are a class act Lisa top notch.

Since December 23rd I’ve been dealing with severe tooth pain. I tried for two weeks to get my normal dentist office to help me. They wouldn’t do the work without hearing from my insurance company. I called last week again to find out some details.. they gave me no new information. I called another office and didn’t hear anything back. Well today at 2:02pm I called Commonwealth Dentistry in Suffolk and asked if they were taking new patients and she said yes. She then asked if it was routine or emergency and I said both because not only did I have this pain, my dentist cancelled my routine checkup and cleaning not once, but twice.

Well Commonwealth Dentistry took care of me. She said we have a 3:00 appointment today. Can you make it? They sent over my paperwork to complete and I was seen immediately after checking in! I’m forever grateful and they now have a new patient!

Prompt, slightly sweet and professional welcome and intake. Exemplary people and wonderful service. Two extractions in under two hours and completely painless. Who knew having teeth pulled could be enjoyable! 1000/10

This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had! They have early hours allowing me to go in before work and I’ve never sat in the waiting room longer than a few minutes. They were so gentle on my teeth and provided solutions to my problems. I will be returning and I recommend Commonwealth Dentistry to everyone!

I have a wonderful experience every time I have service here. The staff is extra friendly and professional. The Dr. actually take their time with patients and explain in detail. I trust them with my care.

Customer service has always been good. They do tend to up-sell me on treatments, which would be fine if they did not tell me it was an insurance covered treatment when it in fact is not. It's quite frustrating to be given bad information, specifically when it costs more.

I love the team at Commonwealth Dentistry in Suffolk! They’ve created a friendly atmosphere. Dr Beriford takes the time to explain the procedures and even sings along to the music streaming through the speakers while he works. Highly recommend!

Always a GREAT experience when coming here. Our hygienist Sara, is great with our children and Dr. Bill is very thorough. All around it’s always a positive experience!!
