Best dental experience I have had. Devin and his team are kind, patient, thorough and informative. Julia and Janet are excellent at guiding you through the ever-changing (and confusing) world of insurance, and the medical staff are professional, personable and always ready to work with you and answer your questions.

I went here on a referral from a friend at work. I probably won’t be as nervous of dentist ever again. Very professional and out going staff. The hygienist Emily tells you everything you need to know and answers all your questions or concerns. Very clean and updated equipment and has lots of good procedures for COVID.

Would highly recommend this dentist.

Been going here for years and I love it! I see Amy for my cleanings and she is warm, professional with a steady hand! Always does a great job! I was looking for a dentist that was fairly priced. With a doctor that really cares. I have been all around Arlington and smoky point. What I found with going to doctor Dickinson was price was more then fair. The staff is friendly and always will to help. I am a veteran and I have to deal with VA insurance and yes they take it. Not only can you use your VA insurance. They will take care of all of it for you. Keep you in the loop. My wife uses are private insurance here and she has been nothing but happy. She has been in the Arlington are for 25 years and has found her new dentist Home. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I will continue to go to doctor Dickinson as long as they are around.

Professional, friendly, talented and trustworthy service is what you can expect from Dr. Dickinson. He is not only a gifted dentist devoted to his practice, but his entire staff does everything they can to make your experience as pleasant and pain free as possible in every way. They inform you in advance of insurance coverage, and even offer a very reasonable plan for care if you are currently uninsured. There are no surprises: they run on time, treat you with respect, inquire in a genuine way about your life, use the best equipment and stand behind their work. I have recommended his services to my friends and family because I know they will receive the best of care and flash a beautiful smile!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Friendly and professional, the staff took such great care of both me and my partner from the moment we made our first appointment. There was great emphasis placed on patient comfort during dental procedures. Everything is well explained, from expectations prior to your visit right on through to post-visit home care best practices. My dental assistant, Aimee, patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The office follows a safe and well-organized protocol for protecting patients and their staff during COVID-19. I love that they have everything so well coordinated with next visit text reminders and in-office follow-up scheduling. And we even got a goodie-bag with a teeth whitening kit as a welcome gift!

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Dickinson. His staff is extremely kind and they make the appointment a great experience. Dr. Dickinson is great! I like that he explains what he is doing and what certain things mean. I am glad with my decision to switch to his office.

I used to suffer from anxiety when I had to go to the dentist. I scoured reviews and found Dr. Dickinson about 2 years ago. I went today for a cleaning and what a breath of fresh air his office and staff are. Even during these uncertain times with the Covid virus I was not nervous at all. Extra precautions are being taken and I felt completely at ease. Emily the hygienist was gentle, kind and very informative. I would highly recommend you give Dr. Devin Dickinsons office a try, you will be happy you did.

As a long time resident of Arlington, I've been coming to this dental office since 2005. Devin Dickinson took over several years ago when the previous Dr. retired. I was hesitant at first, because I'd been such a long time patient of Dr. Erickson. I'm glad I stuck it out. I've only ever had great experiences here. The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I see the same hygienist, Aimee, every time I go for a cleaning. I just returned from my first "COVID" appointment. They have a wonderful system for social distancing and safe practices. Everyone wears a mask to enter. The hygienist meets you at your car, takes your temperature and provides hand sanitizer before entering the office. The staff wear face shields and masks while providing care. I felt very comfortable with their precautions. If you are looking for a great family dentist, I encourage you to meet Devin and his team.
