If I could give zero Stars I would. Your staff schedule for my son for a follow-up appointment for work already been completed and paid for. He was taken in for treatment and given anesthesia unnecessarily before it was discovered the work had already been done. How this can happen I don't know, but the only explanation I got is that there was a glitch in the system and we're sorry from the receptionist. I would think that as a doctor you would have made yourself available to explain what happened and why.

Paid for entire procedure, and they will get back with me for insurance reimbursement. Never called me after months. I called during business hours and got answering machine. Left my phone number and they never returned my call. I even sent an email with my number. It has been one week and nothing.I need a tooth pulled, but have to find a new dentist.

Dr. Yamashiro is an expert in dentistry with the best patient care I have ever experienced. She saved my tooth that other dentists told me needed a root canal and a crown, and that saved me thousands of dollars. Now, years later, that tooth is still going strong. I'm so glad I found Ecologic Dentistry.

I never wanted to have a large tooth extracted, but because of Dr Yamashiro's commitment to providing the best possible outcome for the continued health of her patients, this was what was required. What she was able to do was not only the extraction, but she did a bone grafting technique that I didn't even know was available or possible. She gently removed the tooth, cleaned out meticulously the underlying infection, did the graft procedure out of my own materials. WOW! I was relieved, impressed and really, really thankful for her skill and knowledge. My mouth and the socket healed great and are better prepared for any future cosmetic appliance or implant... but at this point I do not feel the need to do anything further. I travel a great distance to be able to have Dr Yamashiro as my dentist. I know whatever she needs to do for the health of my teeth, will affect the health of the rest of me and I trust her.

Dr. Carla is such a kind and knowledgeable holistic dentist and the entire energy of Ecologic Dentistry is why we consider this to be one of the best dental practices around the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. Since my son was a toddler (he is now almost 9) he has never feared going to the dentist. I believe everyone that works there is honestly interested in whole body health. We recommend this dentist to all of our family and friends, even though its a bit of drive from Seattle, I have not found its equal closer home.
