I’ve always hated going to the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past. I went to Wilson and Wilson and they give you a little form to fill out and one of the questions asked about how comfortable you are visiting the dentist. I marked that it makes me extremely nervous. After filling out the form and handing it back to Mrs. Lori, she made it very apparent that she was happy I was there. Next I met Brittany who made me feel so comfortable in the office! She explained everything that would be happening, was smiling and we talked about more than just what I was there for. Then came Angelina (I think that was her name), the hygienist. Super incredibly sweet! I’ve never had anyone explain what they were doing or why they were doing it and she and Brittany laughed and made jokes back and forth and it made me feel very comfortable and not so anxious. Next was the Dentist. He was kind, to the point and talked to me about anything that needed to be done and what I should expect. He also mentioned seeing on the form that the dentist makes me internally freak out and recommended something that may help ☺️ After he left, Angelina and Brittany came back and talked to me about different tooth pastes and at home dental care. They were kind to each other and to me. I can’t express how incredibly relieved I felt upon leaving. I’ve never been excited to go back to the dentist, but I’m excited to go back and I’d recommend this office to anyone! Thanks so much!
