I found Cheney Dental care from a google search due to being a student in Cheney, Washington, away from my home dentist and dental office, but having an emergency and needed a tooth looked at. I called them as a non-existing patient and they scheduled me the same day to look at my tooth. I made them aware of my fear of the dentist and the minute I walked in the door, the front staff greeted me with a warm welcome. The receptionist told me before she checks me in she was going to make sure the dental assistants and doctor read over my dental concerns to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The dental assistant and Dr. McDonald introduced their selves and did everything they could to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. They explained everything they did step by step. Although they didn't complete any work, it was just a diagnosis, I felt as comfortable as I have been in any other office than my normal one. They offered to do the work I needed done, and told me to reach out if I needed anything else. Dr. McDonald tried to make side conversation to make me comfortable.
I highly recommend this office, and Dr. McDonald.

Had my first experience with Cheney Dental Care this past week, and it was probably the best dentist visit/experience I've ever had. I had Terri as my dental assistant, and I could tell how knowledgeable, experienced, and genuine she is. If the rest of the crew is even half as sweet and skilled as her, then you're in good hands at Cheney Dental Care. The receptionists are also kind, swift, and helpful. I was running just a few minutes late, but I was seen with no delay and received excellent care. Not only were my teeth thoroughly examined, but I was provided amazing education to help better care for myself and my teeth. Looking forward to seeing Terri again!

Cheney Dental Care team is awesome! As a new patient it can always be nerve racking but I felt so welcomed the second I walked through the doors. Their team took excellent care of me and in such a timely manner. They were all super sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and I am grateful they are my new dental office!!

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the staff at Cheney Dental Care were kind, informative, attentive, and competent. Front desk: Misty was right on all of the needed tasks, with a smile! Hygienist: Alison was not only gentle and thorough, but interesting to chat with. Excellent work. Dentist: bile this was essentially just a cleaning and quick check-in, Dr. McDonald was able to give me thorough and thoughtful advice on two teeth that need attention.
On top of that, they were able to set me up with a set of appointments that are convenient for me in the near future. No waiting for months s I’ve experienced with other dentist offices. Glad we found Cheney Dental Care and I recommend them highly.

Returning to Cheney after 19 years in Alaska, our first choice in dentistry was Cheney Dental Care because of the high quality dental care they provide. Plus, the entire staff is incredible! Dr. McDonald and Dr. Martinssen are both excellent dentists, highly skilled and knowledgeable in many dental specialties. Jules and Misty in the office are tremendously helpful with scheduling and navigating insurance and billing issues. The hygienists, Kara, Debbie, and Gayle, are kind, gentle, and careful. Alyssa and Shelly, dental assistants, are very capable, and competent. The office utilizes up to date technology. It is evident by the high caliber of dental care given that the staff keeps current with the latest research and news in dentistry. We feel very confident that the entire team has the knowledge and expertise to handle any case. These are some of the reasons why we chose Cheney Dental Care and why we look forward to many years of healthy teeth and gums under their care.

This was genuinely one of the most comfortable and inviting experiences I've ever had at a dentist. As someone who has major anxiety going into a dental office for many many reasons, the staff here made me feel welcomed and made me feel safe the entire time. I have a crazy schedule that changes rather frequently and they were able to work with me regardless of my frequent requests to change it and never once made me feel bad about it. This is hopefully the only dentist office I will be visiting in the future ☺️

Misty very caring, engaged. I need a coupla implants. Next DAY she had me scheduled for a consult/exam with the oral surgeon. All staff, oral surgeon warm and welcoming. All the reviews I read are true and the saltwater FISH tank is a refreshing sight, especially THIS winter.

I have an extreme fear of dentists but, I felt so at ease at Cheney Dental Care I got a cavity fixed and got my teeth cleaned and checked.

I called because I had an on going tooth ache with lots of pain. My first phone contact was great. Very very nice folks. They were Genuinely concerned with a weekend coming up, I got into the office within hours. The techs were very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was great, explained things clearly and discussed the
Plan going forward. The billing was explained and I am looking forward to my next appt in a few weeks. I very much appreciate the kindness I received!! They are great folks. I would definately recommend them!!
