The wait for a simple consultation was longer than I'd like, but overall my experience was at least as good as anywhere else.
Everyone was friendly. The place was clean, but noisy with machinery and dental equipment. The reception was effortless and seamless. All of the staff wore masks. Before they showed me to the examination chair, they scanned my temperature on my forehead. I needed to make clear to the nurse to warn me before she comes towards me with anything and she corrected herself for the remainder of my visit.
The dentist was obviously busy and short-staffed for technicians and colleagues. He had a pleasant demeanor and despite mentioning that he was also a salesman of goods, I explained to him that I had already performed my research and gained several informed opinions about my options. Up-sale denied. I appreciate that he asked me what I wanted. Overall, again, "good", from a guy who hates going to doctors or dentists.
