I was Sincerly Impressed by your experience and amazing New Technology that provided me with a Quick, Very comfortable Dental Visit , I was nervous & stressed about dental work & I had put it off , But Dr. Trot is a skilled Professional & explained the procedures with Confidence and gave me more understanding of what needed to be done , step by step , this helped me relax and I am looking forward to continuing to work with Dr Trot & Meadowlark Family Dentistry to fix my Dental Needs .

I Had been at this location for over 10 years. Dr Houten and then Dr Conklin. Both of which I cannot say enough great things about. Went in for a crown with Dr Trott. After being numbed and prepped for the procedure, the dentist went over to her Alexa and spent 5 minutes trying to find a good song. During the procedure dentist kept telling me how small my mouth was and how much blood there was. After part of the procedure was done, I was told she needed to do more surgery and actually cut my gums. I told her no. Left there after 2+ hours (never had a crown and i was told it would only take an hour) with a temp crown kind of put on, jaw pain and a blood covered shirt. Actually had to buy a new shirt before going to work. Worst experience in my life. Quickly changed to cowlitz river dental in castle rock and they made everything right, no gum surgery needed. Please please please do your homework before trusting this dentist.

I started going to this dentist office in the late 1970's, when I was a young kid. Dr. McCrum, followed by Dr. Houten, and then Dr. Conklin were all excellent dentists, deserving a well-earned five-star rating. Dr. Trott is tarnishing this good reputation, built over five-decades, and using the name of Meadowlark to hide her poor work. She is pushy, condescending, and grossly unprofessional. She recommends work to be done that is absolutely unnecessary. I believe she is unfit to practice. My wonderful hygienist left Meadowlark recently, because she couldn't stand to work there any longer. The only reason I gave a one-star rating is because there isn't an option for a zero. If you want good quality dentistry, go to Cowlitz River, or Hilander.

OK, so sitting in the dentist chair isn’t my favorite place to be. However, at Meadowlark Family Dentistry in Kelso, I didn’t have the usual dental stress.
The staff here is exceptional! The hygienist is so good at her craft that I barely felt her working on my teeth. And I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums.
Doctor Conklin puts you at ease immediately. He is considerate and explains your plan of action in a pragmatic way, so that you fully understand what needs to be done and why.
They are clearly up-to-date and tech savvy. I would recommend meadowlark Family Dentistry without hesitation.

Had a dental emergency. They were able to see me and do something about my pain. Other offices I called would not fit me in or were only going to offer x-rays. Staff were kind. Dentist seemed knowledgeable and she explained my choices and actually knew the cost associated with...I find that a rare thing My issue was a hot tooth that could not be dulled enough to pull or save. Part 2 will be in 2 days. All sounds fine...my issue was I was never introduced and she did my x-rays so that left me feeling unsure. Most offices have an aid. She did not use one. I left feeling all my questions were not fully answered. That is on me.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money at this place. Unnecessary procedures are performed, you will get charged for things that weren’t done or in the treatment plan to begin with. Staff is not treated with respect. This place only cares about money, not the care of the patients.

Another amazing appointment! Lots of work still to go but this is the big start, my front teeth, I absolutely love the results! Of course as always, everyone in the office is great to work with and they really listen to to you! I drive 3hrs to see this team and it’s totally worth it! I had a really serious jaw and tooth pain for a solid week, and without medical insurance was reluctant to go to a dentist unless absolutely necessary. Called a few offices near longview but none took it seriously enough to see me same day. Found this office and they scheduled me same day( within 4 hours). Staff was super nice. The doc listened to me and they took x-rays. Found out I had a slight gum infection and did a procedure right then and there without trying to put it off. Pain has been going away gradually and I'm super relieved. Seems like a serious problem has been avoided and I'm feeling much better. The dentist told me pain meds shouldn't be necessary ( was skeptical because I was in severe pain) but a few hours after the cleaning the pain is almost non existent. All this same day for less then a months cost of insurance. Very pleased with this place and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to Doc Conklin and all the staff.
