Kirkland Family Dentistry

I came into Kirkland Family Dentistry as a new patient due to an chipped tooth at work and had a great experience. Everyone was very accommodating and polite. Romeo helped me with taking off my temporary protective cap and installing my temporary crown. He walked me through the whole process and periodically checked in to make sure I was feeling okay. I feel very grateful to have had such a smooth experience that didn’t add to any stress I’ve already been feeling. It’s nice to have peace of mind and know that my future visits will be just as pleasant. Thank you very much!

I think this is the first time I've ever made sure to go out of my way to know the names of everyone so that I could write this review. I hate going to the dentist and I have avoided going for 4-5 years...whoops. Either way I made an appointment here and went today. It was the best experience I've ever had. The dental assistant Shannon was the kindest person ever. Even though I had and have a lot of work to be done, she was so caring and positive. She was extremely quick with X-rays and explained a lot of things with my teeth via photos that were taken. She spent a lot of time making my teeth perfect. Once I met Dr. Choi I absolutely adored him. Very caring and understanding. Ashley at the front desk was also kind. I just rambled forever but wanted to make sure that I shared about this place as dentists that you WANT to make sure to come back to are hard to find. So thanks so much everyone here!

I am not one to leave a review in general. This was my first time going into their office, and I fully expected a typical cleaning and some x-rays. I was at their office for 2 and a half hours doing exactly that. I understand that they had a new employee taking x-rays, and he was very nice. X-ray's should not take an hour though. They also took about 30 x-rays at first, and then had to go back and take more after the Doc said they weren't good. The hygienist did a very typical teeth cleaning. In fact, I think there were less steps that were taken than previous cleanings I've had. She was also very nice, but quite Frankly, I do not go to the dentist to have hour long discussions WHILE having my teeth clean. I was quite upset at the fact that they did not take my time into consideration. A cleaning should absolutely not take that long. I gave 2 instead of 1 stars because the were ultimately nice, but I will not be going back. Also, two of the gums on my bottom front teeth are now incredibly sensitive and bleed every time I brush. There was nothing wrong with them before. Something happened with the tool the lady was using.

All in all, If you care about how your time is spent, don't come here because they do not.

This is my third time coming to Kirkland Family Dentistry. I had quite a bit of work to be done. I get nervous for any dentist appointment. My first visit I immediately felt taken care emotionally and physically. I require a lot of numbing and that process in of itself makes me a bit on edge. Regardless of feeling on edge, the comfort I felt with the staff kept me calm. Thank you Dr. Choi, Shannon, Kara, Katerina, Enrique and Romeo! Thank you as well to the front office for managing so many patients! Y’all are so caring and wonderful at your jobs!

I have had many bad dental experiences but this emergency visit for a cracked tooth felt like I was right at home. Roman is by far the best dental assistant. Not only did he do an amazing job but he helped me feel comfortable the whole visit. My dentist as well she's amazing and I can't wait to see them both for my final crown!

I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry for years, they are amazing! The staff is so warm and friendly. They are also wonderful with kids— my 4 year old daughter got her teeth cleaned for the first time and the staff made it “fun” and so easy for her! Needless to say, she loves the dentist now! If you need a life long dentist, this is the one!!

They staff was extremely friendly and communicative. Romeo worked with me the most and made me feel comfortable during a filling and crown procedure. He was a delight and kept me laughing the whole time. The doctor and anesthesiologist, Enrique, we’re also great!

Kirkland Family Dental was responsive and professional. I was leaving for Italy when my tooth needed an emergency extraction...in 2 days! The staff got me in right away and ushered me through the whole process with such care and good nature.
A special shout out to my 'team' Romeo who did everything the dentist didn't do with a calm and reassuring demeanor and took great care with all of the many steps that were involved, Dr Choi was friendly and very thorough and clear with his treatment plan and the various options I could consider, and Enrique was a master of painless anesthetic.
I feel everyone in this office has your well being foremost in there care.

I was in some severe pain at night and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Every staff that I’ve encountered with was so caring and professional. They made sure I have a positive experience since I was very nervous. Dr. Choi was informative and knowledgeable, the extraction was so quick! I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!!

Had a great visit at Kirkland Family Dentistry with Becky. She was awesome at advising me on Candid for aligners for my teeth. I'm now halfway through the process and deeply appreciate all of her guidance and wisdom. Very happy with how my smile is looking so far.
