I am not a fan of the dentist but Gentle Dental was my first experience in over 10 years. My dentist was kind, very gentle, thorough and made my future dental work very clear and affordable while also accommodating my anxiety for fillings. My hygienist was fantastic too and I would recommend this location and team to anyone. I am very happy.

I had gone to get a root canal with the extreme amount of anxiety i had the Doctor name Mr.Chen and the lovely dental assistant i believe they said her name was Crystal i am not to sure but with the amount of different dentist i have had in the past there is no compare in the amount of compassion and reassurance i got from the office. I am honestly happy and going back in Monday to get my temp caps and deep cleaning. Absolutely above and beyond and would definitely keep going here. Thank you again Gentle dental you do live up to the name and exceed my expectations.

I wanted to give it a few years before reviewing Gentle Dental. I've reached the point where I feel that I can honestly say that in all my years experiencing anxiety about "going to the dentist", I finally found a place that I feel comfortable with.
Originally I wasn't sure that a Corporate dentist facility would give me good care. But Gentle Dental in Marysville actually has done a better job than the private practices that I've been to in the past. They also don't make you sit forever waiting while you can hear the employees carrying on about their personal business. I thought those long waits were normal!
Very professional, non-judgmental, and they keep up on day to day technological updates.
I've received routine cleanings and exams, fillings, root canals, and an implant. Never a bad experience! 👍

Had all my teeth pulled and fitted for dentures. Being TOTALLY afraid of dental work opted to be sedated for this procedure. The surgeon and his assistant are THE BEST! And Dr. Kaur and Gurjit , have been so kind and accommodating making the adjustments needed. I HIGHLY recommend Gentle Dental in Marysville!

If I could leave negative stars I would! Worst ortho care and team. Appts scheduled ever 6 weeks only to have the dentist not show up, and no one bothering to call me to tell me appt was cancelled, then rescheduled for a month out. Go to my appt and now they are running 45 mins + behind schedule. I work 6 days 10hour shifts in the medical field so I have limited availability I can schedule appts that would work for work coverage. They are non-empathetic to your needs and will not accommodate you or even advise if they are running behind schedule.
DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Dr. Harsimran Kaur was outstanding. Pleasant, friendly, and truly gentle. I wasn't doing so well before, but she got me through that very difficult situation with grace and professionalism. She and everyone with her were tops in their class.
I can highly recommend Dr. Kaur and her staff!

Dr.Kar and Sadie took such wonderful care of me. I like to ask lots of questions and make sure I understand what is going on. Not only was Sadie patient with me, she made sure I knew what was happening and why. The dentist is admittedly one of my least favorite experiences, but that is only because I had never gone to Dr.Kar before. Kar is truly a master of her craft. Efficient, effective, entertaining. She made me feel at peace even while holding a drill to my tooth.
10/10 would recommend Sadie and Dr.Kar ❤️

The absolute worst service ever received!
Stay away! Only one star because Google doesn't allow for anything less. But they do not deserve the one they get for my ability to write this review. That being said,
Very unprofessional. Very RUDE. Not worth the frustration and pain. I would rather endure a root canal with no anesthetic in a junk yard than to give any more of my time or money to this business. These people demand that you be on time and if you are more than 10 minutes late they make you reschedule and charge you a fee. But if you are on time or early, they can make you wait indefinitely and without any apology or anything they can cut into your time all they want.
They had me wait twice for over 45 minutes even when I was 10 minutes early. No apology nothing.
And then in retaliation for posting a negative review, they send me a letter stating that they are terminating their association with me.
My family an I are moving our business to another provider.

My experience here has been excellent. I wasn’t even a patient yet and Dana the manager called me to confirm and go over my appointment details I was very impressed no dental office has ever done this. When I got to the office I was greeted right away very friendly. My dentist is Dr Kaur who hands down is the best I’ve ever had she took the time to go over my diagnosis and help me understand and prioritize.
