Choosing MFD was the bet choice ever for our family! Such caring staff and they know you by name, which makes it even better. I love how they are more focused on the patient than making money. As always Ashley did a great job of my cleaning and is always very informative and I feel I am very well taken care of. Doctor Pratt is so caring and provides excellent affordable care. All the office help is so friendly and efficient. I want Monroe Family Dentistry to be my forever team!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Pratt for since at least 2008. Sadly in 2021 I had to switch for the year due to insurance. Thankfully that changed! I am so glad to be back! It’s like being home. Not only is the staff friendly and compassionate, Dr. Pratt actually cares. He doesn’t try to up sell the newest trends. He offers most services in office, from root canals to extractions, saving both time and money. It may not be a fanciest office, but I’m my opinion it’s the best. I highly recommend Monroe Family Dentistry to anyone and everyone. ❤️

Called for an emergency visit, tooth fell out. Seen the very next day. It was determined that an urgent temporary bridge would be need. Scheduled the very next day. Went in at 12 noon and out by 1:30pm. They gave me back my smile. The temporary bridge looks great! Eight weeks from now a more permanent bridge will be installed. Thanks MFD!!

I went for my 6 month cleaning and as always they all are so very nice. My hygienist was so gentle and kind and thorough. I have referred a few of my coworkers here in the past. The fact that they are open on Saturdays really fits my schedule. Thank you Monroe Family Dentist!

Terrible place, I told the facility I was pregnant when requesting an appointment. They wait till I arrive to tell me they are not comfortable doing a cleaning w/o xrays. Of course, I won’t be putting my baby at risk for xrays. I had the wront address so I happened to arrive 15min in the end w/ the mix-up. The receptionist was super rude, showed no empathy & didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

My husband and I were going to different dentists. He came home from an appointment there and said how friendly they were. Looking for another dentist, I called them to make an appointment. The front desk gals were very pleasant and accommodating. The DA Ashley is so friendly and incredibly informative. She knew what she needed to do to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently, while still having a very pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Pratt was the same way. I have to say in my 50+ years it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Thank you to the entire staff. I wish I would have made you my regular dentist office a long time ago!

Unfortunately, my experience at Monroe Family Dentistry was very unpleasant. The dental hygienist was VERY unprofessional asking me personal questions about work, life, non-dental related medical issues and giving me unsolicited advice. I was astonished and couldn’t wait to leave. As a new patient, I felt as if everyone at the clinic was “forcing” a relationship to get me to come back. Definitely not happening and I wonder who thought it would be a great idea to ask the patient a hundred questions while cleaning their teeth. 🤔

I hate the dentist, and I mean hate. I went in at night, about 6 or 7 pm with really bad pain. They where able to get me in at 8 am the following morning for an extraction. Dr.Pratt was seriously the best. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it, he listened to all of my unreasonable concerns and was super fast. As soon as my brain could process it wasn’t pain, it was pressure I was fine. The assistant was awesome too, but I cannot remember her name. I am terrified of the dentist and I made an appointment with dr.Pratt to get started on the rest of the work I need. Thank you so much Monroe Family Dentistry for not only helping me when I needed it. But for also being super kind and understanding of the fear.
