An overall pleasant experience, considering it was dental work. The doctor gave me choices about how I wanted to handle things and got everything done quickly without seeming to rush. The dental assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made sure to explain all the costs and keep me informed, and it didn’t hurt that she is very cute. I would recommend this place over any other dentist I have been to

Office staff were nice, the dentist we saw was nice, but our hygienist, Kayla, was an absolute superstar. It was both my kids’ very first dentist visit and she made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable for them, they were disappointed when it was over and wanted to know when we could go back. She really took the time to make sure they were comfortable with all the tools and their functions, and really set the tone for their view of *the dentist.* Thank you Alpine, and especially thank you, Miss Kayla. You’re the best!

Best dental office I have ever been to and I have been to basically all of them throughout my life because I had bad over bite when I was younger and needed braces. I have finally found an office in town that I can call, my dental home! All the staff is more than friendly and accommodating and the front desk staff is so warm and welcoming, I always love seeing Esther with a huge smile on her face ready to check in the guests. Awesome place!!

Please allow me to preface this with the fact that the service provided by the staff was not an issue. My problem is with the building and the company.
First, charging for a missed appointment is not right. Im handicapped and unable to drive. My caregiver caught covid and I had to pay for missing the appointment.
Next, they attempted to get me to change my 2 star review. They even incenrizied it with a $5 card to Starbucks. Sure I will change it trom 2 to 1 star.
Finally, a medical building that has been around since the sixties is not handicap accessible? Perhaps fix that instead of limiting it to a specific clientele.
The VA has been having me go since 2019.it is not good for wheelchairs. Narrow hall's, doors and rooms. Also your wheelchair will sit in the doorway of the bathroom while you attempt to walk to the toilet.
