I am new to this dentist, just completed my first year. Had to have two crowns replaced and I was very pleased at the pre-work discussion and the actual work. The staff is very helpful throughout the process, and they made the experience pleasant and painless. After I had the initial procedure completed, I received a call the following day from the Doctor checking on how I was doing and to answer any questions. This was a first for me and felt that this is outstanding service and demonstration of a caring practice.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience. They devoted a generous amount of time to setting up my records with them, including xrays, cleaning by the staff -- who explained each procedure as we went along - and a nice get-acquainted visit with the doctor. One thing I had never experienced before (and I'm in my 70's!) was that they projected my xrays and photos of my teeth onto a screen and explained to me what they were seeing so I could understand the care plan that would be set up for me for the next couple visits. Honestly, it's the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's -- and that's saying something!

Dr Luna is the best! So is her staff! I have been going to Dr Luna for a little over two years, and she is ‘hands down’ the best dentist I have ever had. She presents facts and discusses options, but let’s the patient make the final decision. I always ask for a half dose of Novacaine so the numbness is mostly gone by time I leave her office, and she gives it just like I ask. She is gentle, I experience no pain, she works fast, yet her work is thorough and I’m very pleased with the results. This is the first dentist I have ever had where I don’t dread going to my appointments.
Update—November 17, 2022. Dr. Luna’s hygienist, Katrina, is super nice, very knowledgeable and does a more thorough cleaning job than the hygienists I’ve had in the past. Dr Luna and Katrina genuinely care about the health of their patients’ teeth.

Everything about my visit was terrific, from the front office people to my hygienist Katrina to Dr. Jennifer. The appointment was prompt. The xrays, photos and cleaning were all conducted using new technology and impressed me greatly.
