I have to say that my experience at Mt Si Family Dentistry has been a surprisingly good experience for me. I say that because I have a super deep seeded fear of dentists. Clasping my hands, crossing my legs, wishing I were somewhere else. Even panicking a bit before I arrive. But this place, the staff, the team of hard workers, and the dentist himself has helped me immensely through my phobia. The hygienist was so kind, not only explaining things thoroughly herself, but visually too. Dr. Deno is a very patient man, not pushy...listening to me and letting me choose my own time frame to get things done. Finally that smiling welcoming face at the front desk. She shows the same kindness as the others!

The best practice you can go to. I had a really bad experience with another dentist years ago that lead to a phobia of the dentist. I’m an anxious person by nature and with that bad experience I never went back to a dentist office for years. As I started to have tooth pain I had to bite the bullet and go. They made me so comfortable the entire time and accommodated to my needs in every way possible. Couldn’t have asked for a better dental team to help me overcome my bad experience.

First time I have ever been to a new dentist since before I had teeth and I was a little apprehensive. Luckily, this team made me feel welcome and relaxed. Everyone was very nice and easy to speak with. Dr Deno did an awesome job making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

We are new to Snoqualmie/North Bend area and we wanted to establish a new dentist that’s close to home. Mt. Si Family Dentistry was recommended to me by my neighbor and she was right - they are fantastic! From the 1st time I called to schedule our appointments (I have 3 kids) they made it so easy and convenient. They have text messaging system that reminds you about your appointments and you can also check in with the link provided to save yourself time. Appointments are always on time with practically no wait time. Very welcoming environment and clean office space with the new equipment. But most importantly, the staff is awesome! Kat at the front desk is supper friendly, always meets you with the smile (you can tell even through the mask if it is genuine or not) and makes you feel like they’ve known you forever. If you have any questions about insurance, payments or deductibles she is a go to person. Dr. Deno and all of his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful and super helpful! I cannot stop smiling😁 and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
