Family and I are new to Oak Harbor, so I knew nothing about Family Island Dentistry or Dr. Norris. I'm so glad that I chose him and his staff to take care of my family's dentistry needs. From the minute you walk in, you're greeted with a warm friendly greeting. The entire process of x-rays to cleaning, to examination with Dr. Norris was not only super efficient, but effective. The oral hygienist was so gentle and I can honestly say, it was one of the best oral cleanings I've ever had. She thoroughly explained each step of the cleaning process and genuinely cared about her work. Super impressed with this staff. You wont regret it!

I've been going to Dr. Norris for 4 1/2 years now, & he & his staff really are the epitome of professionalism. If your teeth are sensitive, they work with that. If you need extra cleaning or have an extra tough problem, they tackle it. All staff are very kind & friendly & I always look forward to going because I have a great time when I go.

Went for my first visit today! The staff, including Dr. Norris, are all incredibly kind and friendly and put you at ease. They followed several safe practices for covid and took care of my teeth with no pain or discomfort. Would definitely recommend!
