I found a great dentist to take care of my teeth!!! I've been doing a bit of "shopping" around and will definitely be back. Every member of the staff from Dr. Lingham to the office staff are professional and very caring about the experience. Dr Lingham used some irrigation tools new to me, I'm pretty sure I fell asleep while he was filling a cavity. ... just sayin'

Not the place to go if you have dental anxiety. The cleaning was done well,, very little pain but not the best bedside manner. They rushed through and poked and jabbed the back of my mouth during the fillings. I dont recommend them if you are already nervous. My experience was that they just want to get it over with and are in a hurry, but have plenty of time to chat. I didnt feel important in the chair. I likely won't return

The dentist was great fixed an issue with a crown from another dentist that had caused pain and been unresolved for a year by replacing the crown. Pain issues resolved.
I made an appointment weeks in advance for a teeth cleaning. The appointment was set days before I was leaving for vacation. When I got to the dental office and was seated for teeth cleaning I was told a dental hygienist was not available that day and they would do an exam with x-rays but no teeth cleaning. In talking to employee at the front desk area, not the employee directly at the front desk. There was a disconnect as this staff person said I had to have exam before teeth could be cleaned. I pointed out the reason for the appointment was teeth cleaning as they had noted and when they knew dental hygienist was unavailable why didn't they call me to reschedule. I got no acknowledgement just dead eyes from this women. Poor communication,

Top notch care! I'm so glad to have found Olympia Smiles. Every single person in the office did everything in their power to accommodate me and they did it with compassion and a smile. I usually hate going to the dentist but I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

I have severe dental anxiety and everyone at this office has put me at ease. They all listen to you as the patient and make you comfortable. The experience so far ( been to 2 appointments both very long appointments) have been pain free and as relaxing as possible. Not to mention they have amazing costs for services rendered. Definitely would reccomend!

I’ve been going here for the past 7 years and am always pleased with my care. My favorite part is their complimentary paraffin wax treatment for your hands prior to your service. So when you’re all done, your teeth are nice and shiny and your hands are extra soft. I have and will always recommend Olympia Smiles to everyone.

Both front desk ladies that I worked with were extremely friendly and provided me with all the information I needed upfront. They were transparent with pricing and have great packages for those of us who don't have dental insurance. My hygienist was so fun, and was great company while I had my x-rays and exam! The Dentist was very nice, explaining things too me clearly and letting me know what my options are. The experience was very very positive! I did used to be a patient in this office about 8 years ago, and always liked them. Their work was always thorough and done very well. Never any pain or discomfort. It is clear that their patients are valued to them, and that they are there to help you in anyway they can!

My family went here for three years. They were not able to check that my parent's gum had deteriorated until it was too late for implants (the third year going there). In addition, the dentist Lingham scarred my parent's lips by ripping the edges while filling a cavity. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. Our current dentist questions the skill and profession of this dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Lingam for over 10+ years and he is very consistent. He hires only the best hygienic team and the office staff is just as fantastic. They always feel like family when I come in. He is very professional, gentle, and funny which helps ease the anxiety. The entire staff are well-educated and explain procedures before-hand and in a clear, concise manner. The office is very clean and as inviting as a dental office can be. Dr. Lingam continues to stay on trend with utilizing newer technology for the office in order to make the appointment go as smooth and comfortable as possible. You are bound to receive excellent dental care from an amazing group of people every time you go. Highly recommend!

I was so glad when I found Olympia Smiles!!!! When I first called about 2 years ago Natalie was so helpful with all the paper work and explained to me what my crappy insurance (that I had at the time) basically didn't cover and what little they did. Dr was very patient with me and had worked with me to get me teeth back to a healthy condition again. The entire staff is so very nice and wonderful. Today I just got my bridge completed for my front tooth and I am SO HAPPY with it!!! I have noticed that I am smiling more with my teeth showing and that my smile feels bigger. Thank you so much!!!! Added bonus, all four of my kiddos ages 7-15 like going to the dentist, because the whole office is that awesome with them as well.
