MY SECOND PLEASENT REVIEWS EXPERIENCE WITH LIGHT DENTAL STUDIOS

Dental Light Studios is one of the best Dental Clinics I had visited. .I literally can not put in words the overwhelming feeling I experience when I got for my dental treatments, the staff are very well professionally trained..For example starting with the beautiful lady Doctor Haley Vanderpool, she is a pure example of kindness, she performed an outstanding work of two beautiful crowns, which I'm very satisfied with the results. Her assistant Ruthie, a beautiful gentle soul that releases a beautiful energy of compassion and kindness..Jen and Elysia two other kind an happy people, their pleasent personalities makes me feel very comfortable. .I'm totally impressed with the beautiful work Dr Haley Vanderpool as well as with the excellent service the staff provided to me.. If I could give 100 stars I will. .More professional businesses should operate like Dental Light Studios..Truly this dental clinic is an inspiration and example to other professional clinics..Thank you so much for providing this great experience to me and other patients. ..

My son was a new patient here and everything was fine, definitely not impressive, we are limited due to insurance. Made him a second appointment for jaw pain and when I called HOURS before his appointment to tell them I wouldn't be able to get the time off to bring him in, I'm only a single mom, I was told they wouldn't be able to see him anymore because it was a "short notice cancellation". So would it have been better for me to just not show up?? Don't waste your time even considering this establishment.

All of the “this is how were different” small print is nice but it does not change the fact that my son was seen here ONCE, where he was on time for his appointment and his insurance was surely billed. I scheduled an urgent care appointment that we were unable to attend and treated as if this is a reoccurring pattern. No warning, no fee, just dismissed as a patient. It’s simply terrible customer service. My review still stands and would not recommend this business to anyone I come in contact with.

Went because I had 2 fillings fall out a day apart from each other and I knew Light dental would be cheaper than a private practice. It took two appointments to fix because one of the fillings was rather large. But they were definitely easier on the pocket book and the doctor there was really nice.

I moved out of state 2 years ago, but fly back to Washington specifically to return to LIght Dental for any dental work. Completely worth my time and money. Dr. Dunn discovered a problem in my jaw, Dr. Garibov fixed it. Candice is superb at teeth cleaning. Staff members Lisa and Tracy make me feel part of the family. If I could give it MORE than 5 Stars, I would!

Great experience with the team at Light Dental Studios! I have had some extensive work done, and they have been very nice, especially Dr. Judy and Dr Hsieh have been wonderful in helping me with everything along the way. I highly recommend them.

My dentist does not actually work for them, BUT...this place came through clutch on a Saturday where my normal dentist was unavailable. Addressed my issue, even complimented my dentist's work on my teeth (which I feel like most dentist's love to bad mouth other dentist's work). They got me in right away, super friendly, and very helpful. Good resource to know about and thankful I am not stuck in pain waiting for Monday morning.

Dr. Ha was amazing!!! I went to Light dental on recommendation of a friend and I read a little bit apprehensive. Dr. Ha was very attentive, helpful and caring. He explained my options and gave me what he thought would be the best option. It wasn't higher priced option either. Not only was he very professional down to earth not stuffy as some Drs are. I would recommend him to anyone who may be a frightened about going to the dentist..

My mother needed some teeth extractions done asap. Her dental journey from the initial annual cleaning to post extractions/dentures and thereafter was absolutely divine. The dentist, her assistant and office staff members were lovely. We are thankful and grateful for their professional service.😀

Absolutely horrible, painful, dreadful experience every step of the way. They recommended pulling a tooth for my husband and putting in an implant we made the mistake of not getting a second opinion. It turns out this was completely unnecessary. For the next year he went to follow up after follow up where they told us they still couldn't put the new tooth in. When they finally put it in they had waited so long that my insurance denied they claim. When I called they basically said I need to deal with the insurance company. I spent over 20 hours on that. It was ridiculous that they would not help. Once the insurance paid we had a refund on the account. It took over 60 days to get this refund sent back to us. I also asked for a breakdown of all services and charges which I am still waiting for them to send since the refund is $500 less than we were originally told it would be. I will never go here again. I highly recommend you save yourself a lot of time and headache and avoid this company entirely.

These guys are amazing! Our 3 year old son chipped his tooth on a Sunday evening. We called in to leave a message and found that they had on call dentists available for phone calls. So we called both of the dentists on call and left a voicemail. Both called us back within a half hour and were reassuring and got us in the next morning at 8am. All hygienists and dentists are incredibly kind and make the dentists office an enjoyable one for our 3 year old. Can't speak high enough to their service!
