My kids love coming to see DR. Brun. He makes the entire experience fun. He engages with them and is patient with them. There has never been any wait past our appointment time and they can get you into see a dentist fairly quick.

I’m fairly new to Seattle and have been to three different dental practices since I’ve been here because I’ve moved. Recently I have gone to West Seattle Smile. It is an excellent practice. Both Dr. Jeffrey Johnston and Dr. Nicole Johnston are delightful and excellent practitioners. The staff is well trained and very pleasant. They are an asset to our community.
I have had regular cleanings, a new night guard made, a crown added and an evaluation for Jaw pain that developed after a fall. Dr. Nicole Johnston has special training in the treatment of TMJ and will work on this with me.
I highly recommend this dental practice.

I wish I had a positive review for this office however, I've never been able to schedule here. After calling several times on different days (all during business hours), I've never been able to speak with anyone. You don't get put on hold, you just get sent straight to voicemail. Then you leave a message for a call back and nothing. Perhaps no one works front desk there? Maybe the dentist doubles as the receptionist and cannot answer while he's filling cavities. I don't know. Will find another dentist.

Every time I've gone here, they've been fantastic! Relatively inexpensive, takes all insurance. If you don't have insurance, they'll work with you on prices. Dr Bruns is hilarious!

Will not be coming back here came here for a cleaning cause my dentist was booked 4 months out and left with them trying to tell me I needed a bridge and 3 fillings.... No thanks on the up sell
