I’ve been a patient at this dentist for 16 years now, and plan on staying with them for even longer. It’s thanks to them that my teeth have been looking as good as they do now. While I don’t know much about other dental offices in this area, I don’t think I’d need to. The staff here does everything they can to make you feel welcomed and cared for. I first started going to Highlands West Dental (the old name) in 1998 when I lived in Shoreline (Richmond Beach) and I've continued using them since moving to Coupeville in 2007. When you find a great dental practice, stick with them if you can. Although he's retired, I really enjoyed getting to know Dr. Fong and now I'm seeing Dr. Rau and he's continuing the tradition of great care. Also, many thanks to the great administrative staff, like Jessica and Gerri, and to the dental hygienists.
