Very friendly and professional staff. I’m very impressed with how the dentist took his time explaining to me the results of my exam. I’m in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating, and I’m confident that I’ll be treated with the same care and respect next time I visit.

As a dental hygienist of 10 years, I have worked as a temp in many different offices and my heart continually holds on to this office. This office is setting a standard for patient care in the Inland Northwest. The detail of care from each staff member is remarkable. Each one strives to deliver Top Class care to every patient that walks through the door and staff meetings often center around how to make the patient's experience with them the best they have had in a dental office. The staff at Dr Chaffin’s office was very polite and personable. Dr Chaffin did an amazing job explaining all the procedures and what we were doing. I had a great experience and I set up my next appointment knowing that I would be taken care of by a highly trained and professional staff.

I started going to Chaffin Dental Care when I was a young girl! Their team has always been awesome and I always felt like I was at a spa instead of a dentist office! Their team knew I got cold during my procedures, and took note, so they had a blanket and warm pillow ready for me when I arrived!
I have had my share of visits there; everything from bi-annual cleanings, teeth whitenings, fillings, gum surgeries and even cosmetic veneers!
Dr Chaffin was my dentist while I was in braces. He was sure to keep in touch with my orthodontist and they achieved my dental goals together!
Once I was married, my husband became a patient. With his long work hours, Dr Chaffin's team once stayed past office hours to get all of his work done. It meant so much to us that they were able to finish his treatment, instead of having us come back for more visits!
We now no longer live in Spokane, and I took for granted of how awesome Chaffin Dental Care was! They have the the latest technology, and since I am visual learner, I loved seeing my electronic chart, inter-oral photos, and digital x-rays.
Dr. Chaffin is very thorough in his exams and lets you know all of your options before deciding what treatment needs to be done. I also never felt pressured when deciding my treatment plan.

I miss going to Chaffin Dental Care, but I love visiting when we are in town!
