I have been going to this dentist for over 4 years. I switched to them from another dentist that was taking advantage. I’m so glad I made the switch. ALL the staff are kind, attentive & friendly. Dr H is a fantastic dentist & I would recommend his facility.

I was reading reviews between a couple different dental offices and so glad I picked this one! The hygienist is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable while cleaning your teeth and the dentist also makes you feel comfortable with no pain. I usually have anxiety at the dentist but they made me feel very relaxed! Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I called to see if they can get me in due to a tooth emergency. She advised that they can get me in. She asked if I had insurance, I mentioned that I have state (which they don’t take) and she immediately said that they can’t see me. I said I can be self-pay no problem, and the receptionist kept saying that it doesn’t matter and that they can’t see me. It’s ridiculous. Then she advised that from now on whenever I call somewhere to schedule a dental appt, to LIE about having insurance. Wow. I have no words. Save your breath and go elsewhere, I’m shocked how un-accommodating they are .

Excellent customer service and excellent results. I had avoided going to the dentist for years due to poor experiences and lack of competence with my family dentist growing up and decided to come here due to good reviews. Had a lot of cavities, some visibly unattractive, and Dr. Hager made them look amazing. Also got an easy referral to a great oral surgeon to fix some other issues with my mouth. Dental assistants did a good job as well. Little pain and lots of professionalism while having a laid back and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this Dentist to anyone and I will continue to go here regularly.

I just became a legal adult so that meant I was able to get my own health and dental insurance, but I had no idea where to start. I had to find a new dentist! After searching Google i stumbled upon Northpointe. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. They gave me all the information I needed in order to get my checkup. They made the process so easily, especially for someone with no knowledge of having their own dentist. They were able to give me information, set an appointment, and get my teeth cleaned hassle free. All of these aspects are great, and I’m not even mentioning how friendly their staff is. I was easily able to sit down and talk with one of their dental hygienist, and not just about my teeth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Still coming here 7 years later and my opinion remains the same. If you are looking for not only a good dentist, but good hygienist, office, etc. you should check this place out. Still top notch stuff.
