Always very friendly professional staff. I actually enjoyed my appointment!! And always do. I was referred to Dr Hewlett by an Oral Surgeon I worked for 8 1/2 years. Oral Surgeons see all the dentists work on the patients referred to them, so I know Dr. Hewlett does quality work. đź‘Ť

Really great experience today during my six month cleaning. Jess, my dental hygienist, did an excellent job with the cleaning process and explaining steps I can take to improve my dental health.
They also have done a stellar job at creating a very safe environment during the COVID pandemic era.

I have always had a very positive experience at Tony Hewlett DDS, Family Dentistry and this last Wednesday was no exception. I checked in by phone from my car in the parking lot and received a call back at my scheduled time to enter the clinic. I wore a face covering, as recommended, and received an temperature and oxygen check upon entering. The staff wore masks and gloves, among other safety precautions. All and all, I felt very safe from any type of virus contamination and received the same highly professional level of care as usual.

Tony always has the latest and greatest equipment. Always up-to-date. Profound care is taken for your comfort. The front staff is so helpful. Amber greets everyone so nicely and Diane sends everyone out so nicely. Coffee and water in the lobby. An area for kids. My kid grew up with Dr. Hewlett. So I guess that means we have been a patient of his for over a decade. I guess you would say we’re pretty darn satisfied

The technician told me what was going to take place, asked if I had any questions. I had a filling replaced using a new "laser" machine. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes without any injections. It was awesome. The entire office and technicians are all up to code with all the protection anyone could hope for. I have always felt safe and confident in their office.

Dr. Hewlitt is an awesome dentist with an outstanding staff. Importantly, his office has recently been outfitted with the latest devices for clean air that keeps patients and staff safe and healthy. It's a very impressive practice.

After days of thinking, I am editing my review. I do not recommend this office.
When I first started coming here, I made it clear to the receptionist that I was aware there was years of neglect in my mouth and I was not interested in lectures about dental hygiene. I got lectured at every visit anyway. When I asked the assistant to stop, she'd get huffy and offended, claiming she was just doing her job.
I also have a documented medical condition preventing me from being able to wear anything on my face, including masks. Either that information was not added to my file like I was told it had been, or no one actually reads the files. For the past year I have been forced to endure lectures not only about dental hygiene, but about wearing a mask too.
This office does not listen to patients. They are also rude and condescending. Go somewhere else where you're more valued.

Tony Hewlett has been our dentist for the last 12 years or so. During that time he and ALL his staff and clinicians have consistently CARED! They care about minimizing pain, about doing their jobs correctly and flawlessly. Now they care about minimizing the Covid 19 risk to their patients. At great expense, I am sure, Tony bought individual super HEPPA filters for each patient's chair. They offer lots of PPE and other equipment to keep each patient virus free. He has done more to keep his patients safe, than any other business I've been into during this pandemic! I have never had any reason to complain!

They got us in the same day when my son, who was not previously a patient, had an emergency. They heard my concerns about my son's anxiety and were very responsive. They explained everything to my 12 year old who was both anxious and also very interested in what they were doing to him and how all the equipment works.
