FALSE CLAIM /Recently found out that 2yrs ago this office filed a claim with my insurance company that I never received or ask for. I contacted the office. Patricia Benca called me back to inform me that the insur co said that the claim is to old to reverse the charges, therefore, they will note this claim as unused services.(as opposed to ins Fraud). So, they keep the money, and I possibly wait 2yrs on services I need now.. BEWARE! CHECK Your CLAIMS !
