It was an absolutely horrifying experience! Came in for a first visit, had an x-ray re-done 3x because of some "mistake". The doc said I needed two cavities filled during a next appointment. I come in for the next appointment and the receptionist is asking me if I came in for a cleaning! Then began doing another x-ray because they apparently didn't have a good one from last time. The assistant did not have any knowledge of the patients dental history. Also, it seems like they are trying to sneak in extra work that is not necessary just to rip money off the insurance company. They offered to do other treatments during the same day that didn't need to be done. There is definitely something shady going on here! I've heard others have had the same problems. I will not be going to this clinic again!

They were incredible!!! I had 3 teeth that were very painful and needed to be pulled. Two of which were wisdom teeth that did not want to come out easily. I had gone to a completely different clinic the day before my visit to Elite and that office had me waiting for 3 hours, got me all numbed, started to pull but because I was not numb enough she refused to pull my teeth she told me I would NEED to be sedated and that her practice did not offer that. I left there in tears and in pain with no idea what to do. I called over a dozen dentists, none of them could help me out, I had almost gave up but I did call Elite Dentistry and not only could they help me but they got me an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY!!! Originally I was set to come in at 3 pm but they were even able to bump that clear up to 10 am. When I got into the office everyone there was very friendly, and quick, I only waited maybe 10 mins to get into the back. Dr. Bhui was able to pull all three teeth without sedating me, he was very patient and made sure I was completely numb before pushing forward. His assistant was also incredible, she kept telling me how good I was doing, and kept me very calm which was totally appreciated!! Over all I would give them 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond helping me and were able to get these bothersome teeth out of my mouth. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!!!

Amazing place! Highly recommend came in to get my wisdom tooth extract and it was done fast and pain free! So far no pain as I’m still numb lol but great service great people!

I had a tooth that chipped on a Saturday and was frantic to find a dentist that was open, let alone take a phone fall. No dental offices seem to be open on weekends and I was sent to a voice mail time after time. This made it next to impossible to see what my options are and how I should proceed. Luckily, the team at Elite Dentistry was there to the rescue. They scheduled me an appointment first thing on Monday, immediately elevating the stressing was feeling from an already stressful situation. Dr. Buhi was very friendly and talked me through the whole ordeal (I ended up needing a crown) and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff was just as friendly not to mention the office was clean and orderly. I felt safe and I knew I was in good hands.

Got my son in fast and took great care of him. He has had tooth pain for years and finally had to have teeth pulled to get dentures and Dr. bhui was amazing. His office and staff are top knotch! Thx

The Dr. Was very nice and patient with me. They got me in very fast. I callee the morning of my appt for an emergency and they got me in same day as a new patient !! They also have all the best equipment

Words can not explain how I feel about this establishment. I had a 9 am appointment (first of the day) and I got there at 830 to fill out paperwork. Some lady comes in after me and they took her back first. The front desk lady didn't show up and there was no one to cover (supposedly she over slept- must be nice). They ended up calling me back at 945 where I was asked basic questions by the assistant and when the assistant went to tell the dentist what I said he cut her off and went to ask me questions. He asked me very few basic questions and when he gave me options for my situation he would not let me ask questions in regards to my situation or the future of my teeth. He cut me off during my talking and often stepped out of the room (and this is not including when he left to let my mouth become numb). He ended up extracting one of my teeth and gave me antibiotics and pain killers. I ended up leaving at 1145 which is beyond unacceptable.
The following day I had a reaction to the antibiotics and tried to contact him to prescribe me something different. Nobody answered the phones during their normal business hours so I followed the instructions of the voicemail which said to call the dentist. I finally reached the dentist where he would not let me express my concerns and my need for a new antibiotic. Instead he said quit taking it (which I already did) and go to the ER (my reaction was horrible but it was not full anaphylaxis so I was not going to do that.)
I tried to contact the office again on Monday to have different antibiotics prescribed but the Doctor was not in and there was no other dentist to look over his patients while he was not in office. Instead the front desk lady suggested I call back the next day, which I didn't do, and they did not contact me either.
I went here based on reviews however, after my dreaded experience I will not be going back to this place or recommending it to anyone. The only reason I gave this office a 2 instead of a 1 is because the dental assistants were really nice and apologetic.

Dr.Bhui and the staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and comforting individuals. As they know I was a bit apprehensive about coming in for my procedure, they took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and what needed to happen post op. I highly recommend them!
