I went to winlock family dentistry to get a second opinion and dental work I needed before I could get approval for a cancer infusion. Not only did they not make me feel like a dollar sign like the prior office I went to but they worked with me to get several procedures done timely so I could began my infusions. The staff are kind and pleasant while making sure I was comfortable during a lengthy procedure.

BEST dental experience of my 50+ years!! Kaylee talked each step & let me know when I might “feel” something during the work. Made sure I was comfortable as possible thru entire process. She also listened and addressed each concern & didn’t forget anything. Gave me thorough instructions and was not impatient with my questions. Changed my thought process & no longer in fear of going to the dentist. I am so impressed.

I have a daughter that has had some major anxiety over past dentist visits. The first time we visited Winlock Family Dentistry, upon walking in the door, she came to me and told me that she liked the office. It has a very relaxing feel to it. I was grateful for this when her tooth that was scheduled to get a root canal in a week and a half, starting bothering her. Winlock Family Dentistry was able to get her in the next morning. Dr. Mai and the staff were absolutely amazing! They were patient, took time to make sure she was comfortable, and helped her stay calm during the procedure. Everyone in this office that I have come in contact with have been wonderful!

I'm very afraid to go see the dentist so I was very hesitant coming in, but I was very surprised after meeting Dr. Mai. She was very friendly and thorough explaining everything to me. I must say I felt comfortable and at ease after leaving. The staff is also very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this office!

Best dental experience I've ever had.... and i've had some less than stellar ones. 😉 I had to visit Winlock Family Dentistry due to having broken a tooth. After my initial visit they got me in the following week for a temporary crown and today, 2 weeks after that, I got my permanent crown. The entire staff is friendly, caring and courteous. Best dentist! I have had so much dental work by many different dentists. Mostly in the Seattle and Bellevue area but also living in southern California when I was younger. I think because we didn't have fluoride in our water when I was young I have had an extraordinary amount of work on my mouth.
Dr. Mai is the best I have ever seen. She's fast but thorough, competent and has the latest equipment.
Seriously pain free dentistry and, most importantly I trust her evaluation that she would not do work that was not necessary, I have had a couple of dentists that have done work that I know was not needed.
Who knew...when we moved from the big city I would find such a good dentist in Winlock, WA.
