Usually they are very good and professional. Lately, it’s been sort of a hassle dealing with this office. They know my schedule is very busy and they have changed appointments on me in the past ,I miss 1 appointment mind you they probably rescheduled and now they want to penalize me? All I’m saying is beware they don’t seem to work with people that work for a living.

The best place for any dental needs! Let me start by saying I have avoided dentists since childhood. I have been nervous to return, and if you share the horror stories I have had you are too. So, six years went by without one trip to the dentists and I knew I had a few problems. I thought I might loose even all my teeth at some point. I finally gathered the courage and pushed myself into Dr. Reeps office after hiding my smile for a year and a half. Let Me Tell You, The best thing I have done in a long time! The staff is extremely pleasurable, they truly care about your comfort and health NEEDS. I was very relaxed and comfortable in my stay, even though looking at a nightmare of dental work. The staff was very helpful and explanatory, sure to not let me leave with any questions about my treatment plan. Dr. Reep assured me he could fix every problem I've had in a timely manner. The Team has even made accommodations since I live an hour and 10 minutes away, Quincy WA. They worked fast upon my consultation and got me same day service on my front tooth(the one that made me hide my smile) and my smile is back brighter than ever. I would recommend this Dental office to any and all friends, family, strangers! My first visit in 6 years was very pleasant, had outstanding results, and high optimism for a completely healthy mouth! I could care less about the drive at this point, the environment and quality of work is well worth it!!! ***One Note I must make, they do not accept state Health insurance, which is fine given the quality and comfort, I am lucky enough to have the funds to take care of my expanse amount of work, I assure anyone with state insurance that the coin is well worth the dental work that you want done right, looking good, the first time!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist since I was a kid. I've been going here for about a year and a half and I absolutely love this place! They make me feel so comfortable and I'm never scared of getting any dental work done now. My first appointment was getting root canal done and I didn't feel a thing! They are very reasonable and work with you on everything. I recommend Dr. Reep to anyone looking for a dentist.

I absolutely recommend this place. I have been fortunate to have very good dentists in the past so when I moved, I was really concerned that I wouldn't find a place up to par to what I was used to. I decided to try this place out because the reviews I saw were fantastic (and they accepted my insurance 😜) However, this place completely exceeded my expectations. The dental hygienist that took care of me was amazing. She was very friendly, well-educated, and just all around great at her job. I had asked her a lot of questions about my teeth and dental things (because I'm a very curious person) and she happily answered all the questions I had. Dr. Reep was fantastic also. It's a very warm place and they are very good at making you feel welcome.

Highly recommended! This is coming from someone who hates, with a passion, going to the dentist. My job forces me to relocate every few years, so I've been to several dentists over the years. Reep Family Dental is the best experience I've had hands down. Everyone is friendly, excited, passionate, and happy to do their job. The Dr speaks to you and explains everything in a comfortable, easy to understand way. Their technology is cutting edge. I was in the office for two hours and got something done that would have taken my previous dentist months. Even the contraption they put in your mouth to keep you from choking on all the stuff from the procedure is nice. All this to say, the atmosphere is great. The people truly care about you and it was a pleasure.

Our family has been going to Reep Family Dental for 7 years. Every employee is fabulous. They do a wonderful job in a friendly, professional environment. Best in town!! And love the text reminders for appointments!

I recommend Reep Family Dental, especially to seniors. After several visits I am compelled to say that in comparison to my different experiences in other west coast locations, including my other favorite dentist located elsewhere (Calif.), the professionalism demonstrated by this team is appreciated. The office is orderly, exceptionally clean and I especially have to mention the staff efforts toward insuring contemporary sterile technique is noticeably different from other health professionals I have visited in the Yakima area. It is especially important for me to mention that I appreciated the doctor's interest in MY approval of the outcome each time I visited for a procedure. Service costs were a bit higher than I expected for Yakima but apparently it is a worthy cost for those seeking demonstrably better care and better results. I visited four other dental practices in Yakima before choosing Reep Family Dental. Doing my homework was worth it.

Hi I changed recently to Dr Reep, when i heard about his new dental plan. I have been looking for a while and was with my other dentist over 20 years I would highly recommend Dr Reep. I had my first Crown went in at 8 am and out the door with my new Crown before 10 Am complete no trips back! The Shots were painless The Rubber dam pops in with its own suction no more drowning while they work! The whole staff has. Been Awesome! You can tell they are very concerned with your well being and convenience. I would highly recommend them 10 stars for me. Thank you Jamie

I highly recommend Dr. Reep and his team. I was extremely impressed by my experience when I went in to have a crown done. It felt more like a spa experience. He and all of his team are patient, caring and understanding, he has up to date technology that I've never seen before that made my visit so easy,quick and efficient. Anyone that has ever struggled going to the dentist this is the Dentist to go to. At anytime in my life if I was to say this was the easiest, most pain free procedure from a dentist, this would be the man to do it!!

My family (wife and five kids) and I have been going to Dr. Reep for over twelve years now and we are very happy with him and his whole staff. They are very friendly, communicate well, are professional, and do a great job of taking care of all of us.
